I went to Methodist North today at 8 am (the day after Thanksgiving) and was discharged at 12:30 pm. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was seen by Whitney S. She is a Nurse Practitioner and was so nice to me and my husband. She explained my problem and the test results in a way we understood. I had a male nurse, Chris. He was super, took time to tell me what he was doing and was fantastic at taking my blood work and inserting the line for my IV….I really appreciate this hospital it wasn’t my first time there, God bless them all.

My daughter had to go there on her way back home after being in OK for the holidays. She called me in hysterics. To say she had a horrible experience is an understatement. She was, at the very least, severely dehydrated from throwing up. Her white blood count was extreme. She was there at least 7 hours and never once saw a doctor. She finally asked to be released and left. I don’t know how ya’ll do it in TN, but in OK we care about people who are not only sick, but alone, scared and unfamiliar with the area!

I would like to say " THANK YOU" to all who work in the ICU department. My Mother spent 19 days in ICU and I have to say, WOW. I've never been in an ICU so I didn't know what to expect but WOW. This place takes it to the next level. They took such good care of our mother. The caregivers are extremely compassionate and genuine. We had multiple nurses throughout the stay and often I would see nurses that were not currently taking care of mom but made time to ask me how she was doing and offered continued prayers. In my book, this proves that patient care is their priority. Our family appreciates all of your care for our mother, and we say, "THANK YOU".

Terrible experience. I’ve been here since 11am and it now 2pm. Came in with severe shoulder and arm pain which is leading to numbness in my fingers. 3 hours and i’ve only been triaged. The front desk doesn’t know anything, the triage team doesn’t know anything. People are literally waiting 4/5 hours to be called to the back. Worst hospital ever . Only 7 people are in front of me and 2 of them are STILL waiting as well. How can this be an emergency department and no one is moving with a sense of urgency or concern. You literally have to die then still wait an hour to go to the back.. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE

I had a horrible stay in April of this year. I was in ICU then put in several different rooms. They tied my hair in knots. One knot on top of other. I had to cut my long hair off. They pinched me and treated me bad. My daughter had to get a power of attorney to remove me out. The nurses and their aids were very unprofessional and s disgrace as nurses. I will say the patient advocate lady was very helpful and helped me. Nurses tried to keep me and my advocate was over them. She was very hospitable. Never will they send me to Methodist North again. They use to be great. Not anymore. Beware of Methodist North. Never go there ,it was a nightmare. The aids that sit in your room helped hold me down and nurses giving me pain meds I didn't won't. If it wasn't for my daughter and patient advocate I think I would have died. I had bruises, chapped where they didn't clean me or wouldn't let me shower. It was the worst and scariest stay. Please go to another hospital. Beware of the nurses at Methodist North.

I have a great deal of respect, and thank the fine staff at Methods North for the finest of care . They are so concerned on a personal level for my health I could not have asked for better care everyone so polite and kind . Never once treated as much a patient but as person that made me fill confident in my care.

Absolutely pathetic! They will let you die rather than investigate what's wrong with you. I absolutely hate this hospital! DON'T GO THERE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED BY PEOPLE WHO DON'T CARE IF YOU DIE, BECAUSE THE MAJORITY OF THEM DON'T AND TO THINK THAT'S SUPPOSED TO BE A CHRISTIAN HOSPITAL. THEY WILL NOT TAKE YOU SERIOUSLY IF YOU SUSPECT SOMETHING IS SERIOUSLY WRONG.The nurse practitioner will tell you what you're feeling and not you telling her. I mean this from the bottom of my heart we find out anything wrong with my child, I'm suing Methodist North. That hospital need some serious training in caring about their patients and listening to them! The rudest nurses I ever met.

Okay, So I was with my husband here the last two days and everyone of the nurses and doctors were all very kind and patient with us. I would like to give a shoutout to this one nurse named Latosha, she was very sweet and she talked to my husband and calmed him down when he was having bad anxiety. She stayed and talked to my husband until he calmed down, and gave us snacks. Not many people will stay and do that. And we liked that she was interactive and talkative with her patients, and on top of everything. We also liked this one Woman Ms. Pat that works there she was funny, and Josh was very nice. The radiologist was very professional and nice, Also The doctors and nurses were doing everything they could to get to the source of what was going on with my husband. Not many hospitals do that. We were in 1st floor in minor care at first and then 3rd floor. The minor care Nurse Ananias was nice and on top of it and gave me something to eat even when I didnt ask for it. All the Staff, the nutritionists were on top it and nice as well and gave us stuff when we needed it.
