My husband had a procedure Tuesday morning……he had excellent care from the outpatient staff, especially Marisa!!!!!! She informed us of everything that was going to happen with the procedure and gave my husband excellent care after……such a caring person…..every person we dealt with at this medical center was friendly and helpful…….

Special thanks to Tanisha Whitfield, surgical technicians & labs for being a blessing to me in my time of need!!! I didn't have enough money to make it to my appointment, and Tanisha and the team pulled together and made it possible for me to make it to my appointment AND purchase my medicine!! I will forever be grateful for the generosity of Tanisha, Linda, and the other wonderful staff that participated at Methodist Southlake!!!! CANCER SUCKS🤑

I’ve had to visit this ER two times in the last 3 years and both times were exceptional. I was the only patient both times, had zero wait time, and was seen right away. Everything was clean and staff was super friendly. I was in and out with my needs quickly addressed.

If given the opportunity, I would rate this ER with 0.0001 stars. It is by far the worst emergency room I have ever encountered. I visited this facility seeking help for period cramps, but they immediately proceeded to conduct a CT scan, which was unnecessary in my case. Typically, medical professionals would start with an ultrasound before resorting to a CT scan. Despite this, they performed the CT scan and charged me $15,000. Even after returning home, they followed up with a call to inquire about my condition. When I mentioned that I was still in pain, their response was to either seek a gynecologist or return to their facility. They did not provide any medication for relief, leaving me puzzled as to why I had to pay such a hefty sum for their services. This experience raises concerns about whether they prioritize patient care or simply focus on generating claims and bills. I strongly advise against seeking treatment at this particular emergency room.

A freak accident on Saturday led me to the emergency room at Methodist Southlake Medical Center- and I was very impressed! This was by far the best emergency room visit I have ever had. The care team was compassionate, detailed, and put me at ease. I was in and out quickly, and felt informed and comforted throughout the entire process, from check in to discharge.

While my injuries ended up being minor (but painful!) the team constantly reassured me that I did the right thing by coming in, and never made me feel like a burden or nuisance.

When we were discharged, we accidently had them send my prescription to a pharmacy that was already closed. We were able to call the hospital back and they put a new order in and the problem was resolved in a few minutes! I am so grateful to have such a great facility right down the road. THANK YOU for the wonderful care provided to my wife and I.

Angela, Tiffany Reilly, Lryic, Jody, Dr Ayram and the man who took my son’s X-ray and CT were great, professional and wonderful! What a great team. They made sure my son was comfortable even finding him some rock which is soo sweet.
The lady in registration was also so sweet.
A friend of mine came here a few years ago and told us if we ever needed to go to the ER, go here!
I try to go to Cooks Urgent first, but they couldn’t see us until 8:20pm tonight. My son needed to be seen right away and they got us in.

After a scary and stressful experience bringing a friend of mine to Methodist Southlake ER, the staff were just what I needed for guidance and help. Each person I interacted with while my friend was being treated was professional, kind, attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I am so grateful for their assistance in a frightening situation. The equipment and facility were also top notch. This is the place I would want to be taken if I had a medical emergency, and it's the ER I would want my loved ones to go to as well. God Bless the staff in this ER/Hospital!
