I was going to give less but the quickness and somewhat caring actions earned 2 stars. DO NOT ....I REPEAT DO NOOOOT take cancer patients here if you can get to anywhere else. The doctor blatantly lied to our faces that my husband's stage 4 esophageal cancer had shown no progress and if anything Mets were getting better. I knew this was a lie the moment I saw the typed up radiology report that stated there was likely progression. This was Saturday. It is now Tuesday and we just left oncology being told my husband has few months left and the cancer has CLEARLY grown on the CT as the doctor showed it to us compared to his 2 prior scans. Don't trust these people to tell you the truth about any true chronic condition as they clearly can't read a radiology report.

Disabled and chronically ill people beware. The staff here wouldn’t listen to me while I was anaphylactic and blamed it on the psychological.

If you are in the process of finding another specialist because your previous one put incorrect things in your chart due to refusing to read any research on your diagnoses, this ER will be a dangerous place for you.

I had impending sense of doom, confusion, low BP and heart rate, drastic temperature swings, sweating, throat swelling, nausea, and pre-syncope before I could get to the ER. It was written off as anxiety or a regular flare of my chronic illnesses because the physically observable symptoms resolved with some home treatment by the time I could get there. (Throat was still swollen, though—he couldn’t get my tongue down to verify.)

I’m deeply concerned that medical professionals refused to consider anaphylaxis and I was sent home without even a Benadryl drip. Fortunately I decided not to trust them and realized—signature to my condition—that I was headed toward a slow-build anaphylactic shock over the course of multiple days. I was able to save my own life.

Thankfully I have an allergist who believes me and prescribed me epi pens. He has since called this ER to explain to them how to properly handle this type of emergency. Impending sense of doom is NOT anxiety; it is ANAPHYLAXIS when combined with other organ systems becoming symptomatic. This should be standard knowledge for all staff within an ER.

I now carry a folder from my allergist at all times to prove what I’m going through, what anaphylaxis is, and how to treat me; that way I’m always ready in case this place tries to send me home to my death again.

We had to take our son here during a very busy time 7/3, for a minor orthopedic injury. Everyone was efficient and helpful from the receptionist to the nurse, x-ray technician and doctor. I was thrilled to have my son seen by an MD, Dr. Jessica Dill, who was excellent! Grateful for their care!

Dr stuerman was the absolute worse he blatantly lied and said something they've already done pior and hurt me worse then when I came in would fix my issue and it took me and another person telling him no it doesn't work for me nor help me before he finally gave up and said there's nothing he can do. This ladies and gentlemen is why people hate doctors

I have had numerous interactions with the Granby Emergency Room personnel in the last year. Easy access from US 40, handicap accessible entrance and parking. The nurses and reception staff have been professional and attentive. The ER doctors have been great. Only downside is that the hospital is not a trauma center. I have been transported to Denver a couple of times due to Middle Park limited services.

The staff in the ER are amazing. We've had to visit the ER twice and each time we've been provided with outstanding care. We're grateful to have such a wonderful facility in our community. Thank you all!

While vacationing at Grandby Ranch my son became ill. While it is a smaller hospital, we were very pleased with the service we received. He was promptly checked in. The staff were attentive. They evaluated and diagnosed him. He left with a prescription and was feeling better the next day. We were able the enjoy the next few days of our vacation. Thank you Dr. Zhang, Jamie, Daniel, and Zeb.

I wish I could leave more than a 5 star review!! We are up from Texas and my baby fell sick so we had to pay a visit to Middle Park Er - and let me just say this place is THE BEST! I am blown away with how great everyone was from the second we walked in the door we were tended to with the kindest hearts! I cannot recommend this facility enough!!! 10/10!
