I just left there after crying for hours begging for help while in the emergency waiting room. NO ONE WOULD ME! So I left! Specieally after a nurse called me a drug seeker to another employee who asked about me when I was hysterically crying asking for help. I didn't even ask for pain medication! I've worked in the medical field for over 20 years and NO ONE should be treated this way when seeking help! I'm disgusted! My labs that came back verified I am very sick. I even notified them that I'm waiting on referral to Hematologist oncologist because my specialists suspect leukemia after findings significant marrow hyperplasia. Im flabbergasted! I forwarded my PCP and specialists that I was refused help and sent them my results. Waiting to find out how to proceed. Mission ER should be ashamed! I always put faith in mission hospital after previous care for myself and child but after today when needing help the most I WAS IGNORED! IGNORED AND REFUSED MEDICAL CARE! Seeking legal advice and notifying all medical professionals I work closely with.

Received excellent care here during our emergency visit. My son had to get stitches and were taken care of right away and would recommend this hospital to anyone needing emergency care in the area.

Rude staff and long wait times. ER jurse Rachel was super rude. When I asked her when we can see someone to go over iur test results, her response: “you can go home if you want” she should not be a nurse.

I had an exceptional experience at Mission Viejo Emergency Room. The nurses and doctors demonstrated remarkable efficiency and thoroughness, providing me with excellent care. I'm truly grateful for the outstanding service I received during my visit.

RN was rude my son couldn’t do the oral temp and she said if he can’t do this he has to to rectal I said I was okay with that she definitely didn’t understand and yelled at me saying I needed to calm my son down so that he would stop gaging we came in due to my sons throat was hurting and swollen if she cant stand kids here at the ER idk how she’ll do it with hers I hope we never get her again and if we do we will kindly ask for someone new !!!! Definitely trying a new hospital next time

We were able to get my nephew seen very quickly today. He had Outstanding care from the doctors and especially the nurse staff. Thank you Megan and her team in the ER. Everyone was very professional, kind, and most importantly knowledgeable.. I hope we never have to go back but if my family or myself does I now I will be in GREAT hands there.

Love Life

So far I've called twice to ER someone picks up then hangs up the phone. My wife came in an ambulance and I just trying to get the room number and an update. I don't get it.
