Brianna is hands down the best receptionist I’ve ever encountered at a clinic! From the moment you walk in, she greets you with the warmest smile and genuine kindness that immediately puts you at ease. She’s incredibly organized, professional, and always goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s scheduling appointments, answering questions, or handling last-minute requests, Brianna does it all with efficiency and grace. Her attention to detail and ability to juggle tasks without missing a beat are truly impressive. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the patients and their experience. I had to go to the ER for lower back pain and frozen shoulder.
There was zero wait time, the front desk staff was very friendly and promptly took me to the exam room where I saw the doctor right away who after a detailed discussion and getting my history recommended two CT-scans of lower back and right shoulder.
X-ray, CT-scan and ultrasound is available at the facility, so the nurse took me to the radiology room where the radiology tech performed the CT-scans and sent them to the radiologist right away who sent his findings back to the physician.
The physician went over the findings with me and the recommended treatment plan.
My prescription was sent to the Walgreens that i go to.
One of the best ER visits in Houston from the minute i checked in till i walked out.
Visiting this ER took the pain out of my emergency. Highly recommended.

I recently had Back pains and they were able to see me as quick as I had come. The services were great. Your offered coffee, water, gummies, gold fish , or pretzels. The air is very breathing if your feeling awful. They payment arrangements were great! My insurance hadn't started yet and they were able to still see my as a Self pay patient . I only paid $250.00 . That was the consultation fee, and 30% of labs that were done that I was able to pay the rest later on. They understand every circumstance , and will still see and evaluate you if you have no insurance. They have no wait time, and are strictly successful with great customer servicing. Please feel free to come by if needed. They will take care of you and send you home with a comfy goody bag. IF YOU RECIEVE ONE PASS IT ALONG. THEY ARE THE VERY BEST. 🙂

Initially, the receptionist irritated me; asking me if I had insurance before asking about my ID or reason for visit. Thankfully the nurse was as great as she was as well as Dr. Ahmad being prompt. Quick visit, clean facility. Would definitely recommend if you have insurance……

Worst ER experience I’ve witnessed. Dr Syed Zaheer called my sister a junkie looking for a fix when she came in for severe stomach pains. The nurse and even front desk girl that night were as disgusting and unhelpful. Every time I asked the front desk girlie a question she would give me a dead look shrug her shoulders and click around on her computer. Just avoid the place. For people who work in the medical field as a lifelong career, you’d think they’d know the difference between real junkies and random people who have real scary pain.

My experience was wonderful the nurses and doctor were caring, friendly & fast to get me seen & checked in. They got all my exams needed quick to diagnose me and gave me the proper medication for a fast recovery. I was really impressed by there services the clinic was really clean & caring staff. Not much of a wait time. The only thing I do recommend as a customer service is having a welcoming front desk staff as she’s the face to the first time walk-ins to your clinic & wasn’t busy. A little smile and friendly makes a difference to welcome a customer in. The rest of the staff was amazing educated knowledgeable and clinic was so equipped and clean. I appreciate for all you did for me on Friday and been recovering still. I am so thankful visited your emergency care clinic to been seen for the 1st time and providing me with care & assistance to my needs to recovery.
