I ignored the negative reviews thinking all ERs get them. But we’re never going back to this place. They won’t let me in with my bf, which I understand. But at some point, he was at the brink of fainting after 3 hours of waiting for any attention. So I rushed back to ask to be let in and the guard just said, “What are you gonna do? Give him medicine?” And laughed at me!! LAUGHED AT ME. Me who asked calmly and deeply worried. I told him that at least I’ll be there to assist him before he collapses because no one else would! What an absolutely rude thing to tell someone who’s concerned about a loved one! He apologized after I called him out… but seriously, if that’s what people here tell someone when the ER isn’t even busy, what more to those in more dire need when they’re overwhelmed with patients? If you can, save yourself the time and effort and find some place else that’s actually caring.

Would rather take the trip into the city than go to this emergency room again. It was quick to get in the door but the second you’re inside and on a bed, you are waiting an hour before anyone even speaks to you. After triage, they will not take your vitals again and they do not monitor you while you’re waiting. When the nurse finally comes in, they ask you all the same questions they already did at intake, then you’re waiting again for the doctor. When the doctor comes they don’t even listen to your heart which is wild. Especially when you’re there for dizziness and high blood pressure. They ran no diagnostic tests. Pretty much left there knowing nothing new and just given some meds to help with symptoms. Dealing with the same issues the following day with no answers or suggestions for follow up. Do not come here. Save your time and money and go to a different facility.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the team at Mount Sinai Queens Emergency Department for the incredible care they gave my dad. Nurse Alexander Hines was absolutely amazing...so compassionate, attentive, and kind. He truly went above and beyond, and we are so grateful for the way he treated my dad during such a difficult time.

I also want to thank triage nurse Michael L., who was kind and efficient, and Dr. Munaf Almoadhen and Jeffrey Levine, whose professionalism and expertise reassured us throughout the visit. Everyone worked together seamlessly, and their kindness made a stressful situation so much more bearable.

I’m incredibly grateful to have had such an amazing team looking after my dad. Thank you for everything!

Not as good as it used to be! Leaving this review for my mom who stayed in the ER for 10 hours she said she was telling the doctor Amanda Bates that even though they were discharging her she still had sever pain and this doctor had the nerve to walk out the room and come back to put an ice pack in the chair without saying a word. Apparently all this place cares about is getting the patients out and charging the insurance for testings that according to them are “fine” I don’t recommend this place anymore definitely will be looking for a new ER.

Honestly 10/10 experience. I was feeling very sick and dizzy, was very down and was expecting a rushed and stressful environment, but let me tell you — this place has surprised me in a good way! Dr Taylor Walsh was very attentive. Everybody was so nice and sweet. They even squeezed me in for an ultrasound that was about to close till midnight. Doctor was very respectful and respected my privacy by discussing all my medical concerns in a way that other patients couldn’t hear. I really appreciated that. Thank you ER team and keep doing the great work!

I had an excellent experience at Mount Sinai Queens ER. The staff, from reception to nurses and doctors, was professional and kind. The facility was clean, modern, and I felt well cared for throughout. I highly recommend this ER to anyone in need.

Quite literally the worst experience Ive had in a medical facility. The nurses are the most unprofessional people ive encountered, laughing in your face while claiming to be busy and making you wait, all the while chit chatting and making jokes with each other. They were literally sitting at the computers discussing their dating lives while patients asked about being seen. Extremely dismissive of patient concerns, on top of everything.

Truly, you are awful people.

It’s awful. Very bad work in all aspects. I went there last night 11/19 /2024. It was with few people and the workers walking very slow like if they were in vacation. I think they need a good supervisor. Nurse slow, indifferent and incompetent. It’s better go to Manhattan because all my experience in this place was horrible. I will try make a complain with city department.
