Came here last minute before Beryl storm hit our area for a severe allergic reaction and thank goodness Michelle from the front was so awesome and helpful, from the call we made before hand till we got in and out of there. We came from Humble Memorial Hermann emergency where it was packed with people and not very clean to a clean emergency here at neighbors. Dr Gonzalez was efficient and thorough!! Thank you for helping me!! Clean rooms, clean emergency!! Thank you for your cleanliness too!! Y'all are doing a great job.

The staff were super friendly and they all made my bad experience of being sick a good one by how friendly and accommodating they were! The nurses were great and the doctor I had was the nicest doctor, who I loved because when he finally figured out what I had, he came in really excited about it! Id recommend this place any day!!

Dr. Kane took great care of my leg. I did not experience any pain from the stitches. Everyone was friendly and everything was clean. It was very quick, in and out. Overall i had a great experience and recommend this hospital.

I brought my 3 year old in for an allergic reaction, his face was swollen, eyes almost swollen closed. The doctor came in, didn't even touch him, listen to his breathing, look at his skin, nothing. Just gave him a shot of steroids and prescribed him 5 days of steroids. And we were out within 20 minutes. He didn't monitor him or anything. The next morning I was able to talk to my son's allergist and he was livid when I told him the treatment we received. For him not to listen to his breathing, monitor him for a while or anything and then to prescribe a 3 year old steroids for that long of a time. They made me feel like they just took our money and pushed us out the door. I will never bring my child back here. $200 co-pay because they are an emergency room not an urgent care for nothing....

Great experience, the staff, love how they treated my kids, while checking their vitals fast and smooth. Asking every question. Totally recommend this urgent care facility.
