Get your concerns dismissed here! Dr. Michael E Bond will be sure to dismiss anything you say to to him!

Came to the ER after consulting the nurse hotline about the pain I was going through. Dr. Bond dismissed my concerns over a short 5 minute conversation and said it was general soreness that will go away. He performed NO physical exam, NO lab work, and only spoke to me.

I go home and continue to experience the most horrible pain in my life. I call the nurse hotline again the next day. They told me he failed me as a doctor and that i needed to go back to the ER, urgent care or my primary doctor ASAP since my pain was NOT normal.

I was so lucky to see my primary doctor who told me Dr. Bond should have, AT MINIMUM, exam me and prescribed me pain medication and did blood work to rule out any serious causes. So my doctor prescribes me medication AND does a blood work.

That SAME NIGHT, the nurse from the clinic calls me back and tells me I need to go to the ER ASAP because my lab results were extremely high and dangerous. I end up going to a much better hospital to get the proper treatment.

If Dr. Bond would have bothered to LISTEN to me, he could have caught the serious issue that was going on. But no, he dismissed my concerns and left after telling me it was nothing serious. I'm SO GRATEFUL I continued to seek medical advice from the wonderful nurse hotline. Without them and my primary doctor, I would have ended up in a serious situation if I only listened to Dr. Bonds.

Avoid him if you want someone who actually listens to you and tries to figure out what's going on. Keep seeking medical advice when you meet a doctor that won't listen to your experience!

Came here for an emergency because it’s an ER and instead I’ve been waiting for over 8 hrs and still haven’t seen a doctor to give me simple test results. If you want to come to an ER and die, this is the place. There’s no communication whatsoever. And when you do ask for a wait time, they don’t know… they never know. Service could be much much improved. Incredibly disappointed in our country’s healthcare.

I had a sudden onset of lots of floaters in my left eye and needed to fly the following day. While the wait was long (it was a Friday evening), the triage nurse was so kind and cheerful, the ER nurse was so nice and professional, and Dr. Lick was amazing. He was so thorough in his evaluation, actually listened to me and got me into an ophthalmologist first thing the next morning. I’ve been to many an ER due to horrible migraines over the years, and this was one of the best I’ve seen. Kudos to North Memorial, and thank you!🙏

Between my wife and I we have been to Emergency rooms from Florida to Tennessee to Minnesota; and this was by far the absolute best experience we have ever had under the circumstances! Super nice, patient, understanding and fast! My wife has severe anxiety and through it all they were so kind with her and made the experience very pleasant. Nurses and Doctors do not get enough recognition; and these ones this evening were definitely top notch!

My husband and I were visiting family from out of town when our toddler needed to be taken to the ER with breathing complications. The staff were incredible with our son. We were so thankful for the doctor and nurses care and appreciated their empathy and professionalism during such a stressful time for us. Thank you!

If I could give negative stars I could. If you want go to an ER to die . You found the right place. I went and the wait time is horrible. When I finally got my room. They had me hooked up and when the alarms started going off. No one came to check. I even pressed the call light. I saw doctors and nurses walking past my door. Took over 30-40 mins for some one to come check up on me and the alarm. They explained things poorly. They even forgot to prescribe me the medication and equipment they said they would. So go to a different er. Unless you are suicidal and want to did to negligence.

Had to go to the ER because we couldn’t find a X-ray tech at 3 urgent cares that we tried. I now know go to Orthopedic urgent care for possible bone breaks. The staff here kept my young son safely in a room to avoid any drama. The service was very friendly and they set his arm for him until he could get into orthopedics.

Wife was in a lot of pain, they were able to get her in right away, and now she is being cared for to help take care of things.

The staff have been great; they explain things, they ask all the right questions, and they care.
