Exceptional care! Jamie was amazing today didn’t even feel her draw blood. Felicia took care of me on my in patient stay. Such a caring and personable Nurse! Didn’t feel her IV either. Drs are detailed and patient! I trust Oklahoma ER and Hospital with family

From the time I walked in Lizzie and registration staff were pleasant and kind. Lizzie walked me back and started my IV. She did great. Dani was super nice- she started my fluids and gave me medicines. Lori was kind and assessed me. Dr. Hoelscher was professional and thorough. April and Dani were sweet and checked on me frequently.. Very satisfied! Thank you for your team!

Great staff and service. Very detailed. Sinus infection. Did all the necessary testing to rule out anything negative. Chance and Liz were awesome and Dr Lee very through. Already feeling 100% better. Thank you. Keep up the good work

Highly recommend. We took our 10 year old son here late last night to get stitches on his thigh. The entire staff was extremely kind, patient, and efficient. Dr. Lee was our son’s doctor and was incredible. He spoke to our son and explained everything that was happening to help ease his nerves. Our son had a full meltdown before the stitches started and Dr.Lee was so patient and compassionate with him. He also did a wonderful job with the stitches.

I brought my 11 year old son to the ED with 10/10 Abdominal pain for 3 days. The check in process was very quick and the front desk greeter was friendly and helped explain the check in process and paperwork. We had no wait time and we were taken immediately to a room. The nurses were very friendly and explained all the procedures to my son and I. When Dr. Boke came in to exam my son he greeted him and explained very thing in a way my son could understand. This helped my son calm is nerves. They Did blood work, urine test, lab work and a CT scan. He received IV fluids and medication for his diagnosis. The entire process was very informative and quickly handled. The Hospital was very clean and accommodating for not only my son but for me as well. I would absolutely recommend Oklahoma ER for not only adult patients but also pediatric patients. I appreciate the staff, nurses and Doctor for making our visit to the ER less stressful and more comfortable on both of us

The facility was very clean and inviting. The staff was truly kind and easy to talk to. They took care of my problems quickly and efficiently. I will definitely go back here if I need an ER again in the future!

Nurses and staff were pleasant and the place was very clean. But Dr Boke prescribed cough medicine when I explicitly stated I did not have a cough but did not address my sinus pressure, headache, sore chest, or other symptoms beyond drink water and take more Tylenol despite expressing I have all week and it’s not helping and telling me to take NSAIDs after saying I cannot take them. Told me maybe a virus. Didn’t check about sinus infection or anything even after being there for over 45 minutes

About a month ago it would have been five stars but after today I have to give it 2 and it would be 1 but I really like most of the people there. I went in with some sort of bowel obstruction..I was terrified. The Doctor came in and I already felt something was off because most of the Doctors here are very nice but this guy not so much. Coming from a family of nurses I know I should have received a proper rectal exam and a cat scan to determine if their are any masses or what the obstruction could be. It could've been internalized hemorrhoids but who knows because this guy did little to nothing. No lab work or anything and he acted like I was a plague and didn't want to touch me to perform the PROPER exam. This place charges way to much money to be doing stuff like this. It's a snow storm but when it gives a little lead way I will head to another hospital. These people shouldn't charge you for work they don't really wanna do. Most of the Doctors here are thorough, I don't know what happened with this one because soon as he laid eyes on me he seemed disgusted. I felt so humiliated and untreated.
