My son had to go to the emergency room for fever. We went there in the night time around 11pm. there weren’t too many ppl inside. After like 15 mins we went inside the nurse checked him and took his records since he was a kid. but after that we waited more than 3 hours just to see a doctor and but no one showed up. my wife asked the nurse if there’s any doctor to check him but they weren’t even sure how long it gonna take for the doctor to come and check. So we had enough and left. Has to be the worst emergency Hospital in the SF Valley.

I had the best experience here at Olive View ER. Thanks to all the nurses, and nurse practitioners, my migraine is gone. I would not be able to function without your help. I'm so incredibly grateful for your help.

Take any experience you’ve had at any hospital and how long it would take and multiply it by 5. This is the worst hospital and slowest hospital I’ve ever been to. They literally do not care. You would have better luck going to any hospital anywhere else. This is a nightmare of a place. Avoid this place like the plague

I had a terrible experience in the ER this past Thursday morning between 444am /10am.

Unfortunately, I had taken a bad fall backwards,& hit the curb after exiting my car with my dogs (passengers side rear door) around 9pm the night before ( at local park) i noticed i quickly I had a huge hematoma on my rear right thigh. They were not honest about the way I fell in their documentation. Thank god the lady that took my blood asked me how i fell, and she and i specifically talked about the dogs being the reason i fell as so she will remember )

They said I left against doctors' recommendations ( Mr. james patterson Shame on you) that I should wait for the results of the blood test. I was there almost 6 hours total. They took my blood 2 hours before I left. I had a patient to take care of and told the doctor that I had to leave. I asked him to please call me if there were any problems with my blood) It's like he could care less . He wouldn't even give me a Tylenol.

I will never go back there again, and I hope someone from their ER gets my records straight because this is only the beginning of my wrath. I can prove that infomoration was changed in documentation) that is medical malpractice.

SHAME ON OLIVE VIEW

They were unprofessional and negligent 24 years ago when they kicked my 4-stage cancer stricken mother out of their hospital . I guess some things never change.

Por mi experiencia personal puedo decir que este hospital tiene exelente atencion medica.
Un par de meses atras acudi a este ER por un dolor en el lado derecho que resulto ser la besicula, en cuanto llegue me registre y unos 30 minutos despues ya me habian llamado,. Todo el personal super amable, desde los de seguridad, las enfermeras asi como los enfermeros, los medicos y cirujanos y la persona que me ayudo con covertura medica, super atenta,,..Me trataron super bien y con comodidad,...
GRACIAS A TODOS Y CADA UNOS DE LOS MIEMBROS DE ESTE HOSPITAL,.. DIOS LOS BENDIGA,..

When my family goes we are there for around 8 hours minimum. Last time I took my mom the nurses were rude and the supervisor had to apologize. He said he didn't know why they kept us there when they wouldn't get the test results for at least another day and they had not admitted her as an overnight patient. We were in the waiting room for hours. We only go when we can't wait for an appointment to see a doctor.

I’m thankful to all the nurses and doctor who attended my needs. Luckily for me, my health emergency occurred on a mild busy day. My name was called w/in the hour and I was placed on a bed w/in 5hrs (typical for an ER). As soon as I was placed in an ER room, all the nurses were so warm and caring, the doctors ran a series of test and by nightfall, my blood count had raised to a safe level. The doctors were able to answer all my questions (make sure you create a list) and were able to make suggestions/recommendations. Im looking forward to getting my health back on track!

Imagine waiting and enduring pain for 10hrs for a “swollen” foot…most of the staff were nice to me but that’s not really how a hospital should function(i think). All they gave me was a shot of painkiller and an order for naproxil. No one even offered water. My visit made me hate hospitals more. System should be lifted up to HHS or something…
