If I could give zero stars I would. They lost my sons place and said he'd have to reregister to be seen. He was never examined in triage, had an x-ray done but they refused to give me the results after 4 hours of waiting. I left angry with a child in pain needing to be seen thankfully he was able to sleep and was okay through the night. Ive never had a good experience here but it's the closest er. I will be making the trip to ride out from here on out!

If I could give it zero stars I would, the girl thay answered the phone, was the meanest, most unprofessional receptionist I've ever heard. I politely asked for a wait time to be seen and she aggressively responded, "we don't give those out, if you want to be see go to your nearest ER, take care." And blatantly hung up on me, when I tried calling back to ask if she's always this rude or if she's just having a bad day no one even had the courage to answer the phone again 🤣🤣

Nurses were nice and helpful but when it came to the doctor he tried to relate my husbands back problem with his own instead of finding out what was really wrong. Also, my husband refused to take the pain medication because I cant drive and he needed to drive us home; because of this the doctor ended up not believing him and recinded his medication which he said he would send to the pharmacy. The only reason I give it 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the nurses.

I went in for stomach pain and of course they took urine and blood, but they didn't leave it alone at that, like I've experienced at other ERs in the past. They did an ultrasound and cat scan as well, just to make sure everything was alright and there wasn't additional issues causing problems. I felt very relieved knowing they investigated it thoroughly.

I always get in quickly when I come here and the nurses are always great. Haven't had a bad doctor at the ER yet! Glad I came here.

2+ hour wait in what's supposed to be a "24/7 Emergency room" on a Saturday. Only one doctor working as it appears, absolute disgrace for a hospital that's supposed to be serving the people of Gridley.
