From the first time I came into your emergency door and the reason I CHOOSE you’re hospital to come to when I had too much to tolerate and knew I had to get in to you’re now my Orlando Health Bayfront hospital was because of the Compassion and CARE you gave my husband when he was rushed from you’re new Urgent Care facility to youre hospital the Monday before Milton and he had an emergency Heart doctor Rosenthal waiting who performed a stent procedure and then was out the next day from the Cat Lab ICU to ride the Huricane out with me and our kitties to the time my nurse wheeled me out I felt the compassion, knowledge, strength that caused this patient/ always a caregiver myself give up control and leave into the hands of you’re loving hospital. I could not BELIVE I would be sent into a CT scan machine to try to find out what was causing my loss of blood and pain. Did not take long foe the diagnosis and sent to a room to stay to get seen by youre specialist and Dr. LI hospitalist once again caring and compassionate placed me with the GI Specialist team and Dr. Tharian who diagnosed me with his team giving me antibiotics for healing and a colonoscopy to look dither once again I put my completed trust in them. Now on to the nurses who I hope get a Daisy 🌼 award for going beyond their job description. Roger who wheeled me into the cat scan and Laura who ran the Ft scanner with her kind words of care & compassion answering my questions to Niki & Lexi in ER, who kept trying to get me a room in a hurry @ 2 am . *ERIK Villaflane LPN*he literally helped me not to fall when I was getting sick!!! Mrs. Rivers aka Joan 😜 offered me a private room due to my condition without even any hesitation, Angela in housekeeping another caring soul when I felt @ my lowest she gave me her special care and conversation. Room 682 Anne my lovely and so Godly Indian nurse I truly got to admired her professionalism and enjoy catting with her. Nurse Rachel very professional young lady with the sweetiest smile put up with my preaching and sharing too . Now I need to really share you’re lil LIGHT in the dark a hospital room can be very scary @ night and I felt so thankful to be cared for for Nurse Chelsea PROFESSIONAL, smart determined and very driven with the sweetest smile and amazing enthusiasm ENERGY. Bless y’all for hiring her she deserves a very special award also like Erik!!! Head nurse Jennifer and charge nurse Don we the BEST loves there knowledge and compassion it shows in there team!!! Now my last day with discussing why they only carry diet sugar free or Zero 😑 Patricia in Food service was the best representation of youre cafeteria. Bless y’all and I am soo thankful to be home and healing .

I was brought in as a possible stroke patient. From the time I got there the team was ready and made me feel during a scary situation very comfortable and that I was in great hands. I instantly relaxed and they explained everything in detail so I would know every step they were taking to make me better. The hospital doctors, nurses and staff were so nice the whole time I was in the hospital. They all showed me how much they cared about my needs and they made sure I was taken care of. Thank you to the whole team you are my choice of hospital from this day forward.

This is a five star establishment. The customer service from the ambulance ride to surgery . To the quality of the surgery and the surgeon for the cardiac procedure I need. I got to the recovery room. The staff was really all hands-on. They came Inn introduced themselves and asked that I had any needs to. Please feel free to hit the call button. Thank everybody for the great service.⚠️🍒🤠🙏🍀

My experience with them was great. I was very nervous at first, but they made me feel very comfortable. They was very mountable and nice to me and they took time with me. They broke down everything to let me know what the process with everything with my surgery and they did a great job I don’t have no complaints, but Keep up the good work

I know how important it is to research your potential birthing place, and I can confidently say that choosing Bayfront was one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we walked through the doors, the care and service we received were exceptional.
I had a planned c-section, and every single person from the nurses to the OR staff, my doctor’s team, and even the janitorial staff made our experience amazing. Despite giving birth just a day before Hurricane Helene hit, during such a challenging time for so many, the staff never missed a beat. They were attentive, compassionate, and went above and beyond to ensure we were cared for.
With the storm causing substantial damage to our home and community the hospital graciously allowed us to stay as long as we needed to ride it out. Their kindness and support during such a stressful time after having a newborn and being first time parents will never be forgotten.
If we decide to have another baby, we would absolutely choose them again.
The only (very minor) downside: the food is typical hospital-grade fare, so I’d recommend bringing your own snacks and having your family bring some meals in!
Thank you to everyone for making our birthing experience so special, even in the midst of a hurricane!

I went in on the 24th of August because of migraine pain. I wound up being sent over to the hospital staying for a week.. Everyone was sooo nice, Obviously cared about my recovery….The neurologist was Dr Scharpf he is such a genuinely all around a nice man‼️every day explaining everything ,actually concerned about my treatment 😊.Everything went great everyone was absolutely sooo helpful & Always came when I needed them.I honestly have No complains with Anyone. My nurses were wonderful.‼️ All employees that I met were nice friendly and helpful ❤️The only thing I do have to say the food was horrible !! I tried to just get fresh fruit cheese, salad & soup because anything that had to be cooked wasn’t good 😵💫 Oh yeah they gave me a flower 🌸 in pictures below

I want to share my experience with the security at the hospital. Unfortunately, our visit was met with some difficulties. As a family, we came to see my sister, who's a patient, but we were denied entry despite being four visitors—all of whom were hoping to support her. It was disheartening to see other visitors allowed in while we were turned away. I understand that there are protocols in place, but it would mean a lot if the staff could approach these situations with more compassion and understanding. It’s important for families to feel respected and supported during such challenging times.

Staff was very attentive when in my presence, but there could have been a few more visits to my bedspace to check on me while awaiting results of my lab work. Especially after given a medication to help my chest pain, no one came to room until I called them about 90 minutes after the medication was administered. I think they should have come sooner just to see what kind of response to the medication I had. I'm a retired nurse and understand being busy with sicker patients, and I wasn't a "needy" patient, so it was OK, but it would have been nice to have the nurse pop in once in a while to check on me, just to be sure I wasn't experiencing any issues related to the medication and to give me the results of my lab work, update me on the plan, etc. I had to be the initiator for those things. That is the only thing I can think that could be improved. Overall, it was a very good experience.
