I recently visited the emergency room due to an allergic reaction on my eyebrows, and I was incredibly impressed by the prompt and professional care I received. From the moment I walked in and registered to the time I left, the entire process took less than an hour.
This was not my first visit to this hospital, and it’s always been a great experience. The staff, including the nurses and the doctor, were friendly and attentive, making me feel safe and well cared for. The clean and fresh smell in the room added to the comforting atmosphere, reinforcing the feeling of being in good hands.
I truly appreciate the amazing service I consistently receive at this facility. Thank you for making a potentially stressful situation so much better!

My son and I came here after an accident on our vacation, he needed a basic check up and I needed stitches. Everyone was wonderful! the care was compassionate, quick, and done with skillful hands. Being a thousand miles from home, I didn't know what to expect, but they had a calm, welcoming disposition the took the sting out of a otherwise unfortunate event. Thanks again to all the staff 🙏

First of all, I was completely happy with the treatment I received there. They addressed the symptoms I went in with, but they also did some further testing, to address some issues they saw. The results would not be in until the next day, so I was sent home. I received a phone call the next day telling me I needed to get to a hospital. The hospital I went to made a point of telling me that the ER I went to had done a very thorough and accurate diagnosis and they followed through with that. Everyone at the ER was thorough, professional and friendly and explained everything they were doing as they went along and answered all my questions. Thank you, Orlando Health South Lakes ER.

The medical service at this place is absolutely unacceptable. We arrived on Wednesday at 1:30 a.m. with my 8-year-old daughter in a worrying condition: she had already experienced 7 episodes of vomiting at home, and upon arrival at the medical center, she had 8 more within just two hours.

For those unfamiliar with the seriousness of this situation, repeated vomiting in children can quickly lead to severe dehydration, electrolyte imbalances, and serious complications that require immediate medical attention. We thought that, given the urgency of her condition, she would be prioritized or at least placed on the emergency list with some form of follow-up. Unfortunately, that was not the case.

The response we received from the front desk attendant was outrageous: she explained that all the staff were occupied due to the death of a patient. This raises an inevitable question: What about the living patients waiting outside? Should they also die in order to receive care?

It is evident that the triage system at this facility is poorly managed, the organization is chaotic, and the quality of service is unacceptable. Not only will I never return, but I strongly advise others against seeking medical attention at this place. Patients’ lives should be the top priority, and that is clearly not the case here.

The day I showed up at Orlando Emergency Room Four Corners needing medical attention. I was treated with great respect and was seen in a timely manner. The entire medical staff seems to be the cream of the crop in patient care possessing awesome bedside manner. I felt safe, seen and cared for.

Most of the staff here is great and very understanding and kind. I had to be here a few days apart for severe allergy issues. I only had one negative experience with one doctor accusing me of wearing what I am allergic of with no basis. I am allergic to polyester and have to search hard for cotton or full nylon or other such materials. She accused me of wearing leggings that were polyester. I guess in her mind leggings can only be polyester? This is so ignorant. She then accused me of my bra being polyester. I'd never buy a bra that cheap. She took my bra after I had to take if off and was pulling at it trying to prove it was polyester? I felt embarrassed for her, but also felt embarrassed I had a female Dr that didn't understand bra fabrics and materials. But, to touch my personal things like that felt demeaning. To accuse me, also felt demeaning. It's very hard to always keep away from polyester. But as far as my personal clothing I do my best and didn't appreciate being treated this way at all. She also insisted the hospital gown was cotton. It was a 50/50 blend. I think she should stick to what she knows. Definitely not fabrics. Not the best bedside manner either. It's not okay to be treating women like this. It's 2024. Do better.

We had an exceptional experience at this hospital. My wife came in due to a head injury, and Dr. Shea was absolutely amazing. Her bedside manner was truly impressive, and her expertise and care were nothing short of brilliant. We are so grateful for the outstanding treatment my wife received!

ER (and hospital in general) were clean and orderly. Staff were very personable and concerned about our problem. Did a CT Scan to ensure we didn't have additional issues, informed us of the results, gave professional advice and released us in a timely manner. We were impressed with the level of their service.
