I had been having heart palpitations and such, with blood pressure and pulse issues. I needed some intervention(s). I saw all the all the great reviews and chose to drive out the way to be seen here. I was hesitant because reviews can be misleading at times. Well, I was pleasingly surprised and grateful to experience the amazing care I received here. From the security guard, front desk staff, medical assistant, nurses, doctors and imaging tech, all great to excellent. All the medical staff listened and took action. Thank you Brandan for your great initial care. He was gentle, kind, caring and funny. Thank you to the PA ( so sorry I forgot her name) who was amazing and honest. She sat and talk to me like mankind should address one another. The staff empowered me to make choices on what I wanted to proceed with. These other medical facilities have a lot to live up to in comparison to you guys. Please continue to provide this type of "top of the bar" care. How you treat a person truly impacts their overall care. The staff was a blessing from the Most High. Thank you again and again.

Excellent care provided with no waiting. Dr. Graham (first name), nurses, and staff were very professional with a pleasant demeanor. Facility was clean, modern and well equipped. My condition, treatment, test results and recommend follow-on actions were clearly explained. This was by far the best emergency room experience I have ever had.

I first went to this ER in September and it is because of the care that I received then that I chose to return there when I needed emergency care again just a few weeks later. They are super efficient at this facility. Both times I was seen right away and the necessary tests done. The doctors and nurses were professional kind and courteous and I felt heard and seen by everyone with whom I came in contact with. In addition they let my PCP know that I was seen at their facility and this allowed for continuity of care after my discharge. I highly recommend this ER facility which appears to be well run

We had a great experience during our visit to the hospital. The staff was incredibly friendly and made my son feel well cared for while they X-rayed his arm. They were attentive, kind, and efficient, which really helped put both of us at ease. On top of that, the process was quick, and we were in and out faster than expected. Thank you to the team for making a stressful situation so much easier for us!

I was treated very nicely here & they made sure that I didn’t have the issue I came in thinking I might have. I was also quickly gotten into a room & the overall experience was good despite being a little on edge with my anxiety. Although I was given something that definitely helped me out with my anxiety and allowed me to get some rest while I was there. If you need to go to the er I highly recommend this one.

Fabulous! Any trip to the ER is no fun but the staff here was great! From the security guard to the Dr! We got in quickly and Dr came in to see us within 10 minutes of being there! Bedside manner was excellent from Dr. Little and the nurses were wonderful!

The staff was amazing! My daughter was not wanting to have anything done and they were patient and attentive! The doctor was very amazing and his supporting staff is personable, knowledgeable and very kid friendly. Unpleasant situation made manageable due to the care received.

Amazing experience!!!

Thank you Orlando Health. I had cut my knee on my trailer hitch on a Friday morning at 8:30am. I arrived to the ER and within 2 minutes I was in the back being seen by 2 doctors. They had me stitched up within 40 minutes and i was back to work! It was the quickest turnaround time I’ve ever seen. I’m now 7 days later and the stitches held up great and the wound is healing beautifully. Thank you
