I was treated amazingly here. The doctor, the nurses, the ultrasound technician who checked on my baby. I was blown away at the amazing bed side manner everyone had. They were so kind and caring. I was shocked at the level of outstanding service I received.

My wife fell and broke her right arm and nose. We were seen within 20 minutes of arriving. Staff was very helpful and caring. Nurse and doctor very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly.
Doctor explained options very clearly and assisted her in making decisions.
Very good experience and I highly recommend hospital and staff.

Excellent experience. The nurse was very informative. The doctor was top notch explaining what illness came back positive and what to look forward to and sent me on my way with prescription that worked explained in length the side effects of one prescription and gave me the choice if I'd like to go forth with it or not. Not to mention the meds they gave me at the hospital allowed me to calm my heart rate down and stop panicking so that I can get back home to my family after more hours of evaluation that night. Thank you.

As much as I did not want to make a visit to the ER I'm so glad I picked this one. They were super nice from the time I walked in with my niece until the time I left, they were very professional and made my niece feel at ease. Answered questions over and over just to make my niece feel better! Thank you to all the staff working that day, they really do care about their littlest patients! ♥️

I have never had a better experience with a hospital. Nurses Eddie and Scott were incredibly nice. They made me feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Duan has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever encountered. They all kept me informed of exactly what was going on at all times. I never sat around waiting for something unknown. They all did their best to put my mind at ease. And they did it all with a cheerful attitude. Orlando Health is employing the right people.
