Wonderful medical facility. VERY clean environment, . Extremely attentive medical staff. Friendly, the RN administering the IV I had explained I couldn’t even look or want to move my arm while putting the IV in. He keep my attention focused on a humorous part of his life while serving in the military discovering the point when realizing he was afraid of heights. I was sick & it was a good experience knew I was in professional hands. Great feeling knowing the great physician was above guiding the medical staff as they followed through.

Wait time wasn’t too long this visit. Did a work up on my son said it was a viral thing and sent us on our way to let it run its course .

A couple days later I had to bring my 2 year old in for the same virus but she was in complete respiratory failure so we were transferred to APH and admitted into ICU for a week.
The respiratory nurse at blue cedar didn’t leave my daughter’s side while we waited for transport to Arnold Palmer as she knew just how sick she was. Her compassion and bedside manner is unmatched. I will forever be grateful to her for helping save my daughter’s life. The doctor on call even brought in food as we had been there since early morning and didn’t get transferred until later in the day .

All staff was VERY caring and attentive. Facility was very clean with only one exception. The restroom closest to me had some test trash on floor along with urine, causing floors to be sticky on bottom of shoes. I reported it to closest desk attendant, but 2 hours later nothing had been done! I found & used another restroom at the other end of the hall, very clean.

Our family has had to come here 3 times in the past 1.5 years when our primary care doctor was closed. Every experience has been great. The staff is professional, efficient, and thorough. I am a RN and am always impressed with the attentiveness the staff shows with patients and their families. Their doctors are some of the best too. All the staff from the moment you walk through the door is kind. We are military and lived in multiple states but this is the best ER we have ever been too.

It has been my experience when I visit OHSLHER the front desk is pleasant and attentive. When I was there recently I was taken to a room without any waiting time. Within minutes I was visited by a nurse who took all my vitals and provided me with a warm blanket. The doctor came in shortly after and he, Dr. Bustami was very nice with very good beside manners. We talked a bit then sent in a nurse to administer the necessary test. The nurse, Madeline was very kind and sensitive to my needs. I highly recommend this place and feel that they will take very good care of you.

Blue cedar is a wonderful and refreshing addition to Orlando health. I wish Southlake was more like blue cedar, especially their emergency room. With blue Ceder, you are made to feel welcome important and pertinent, Never once did, I wonder if they had forgotten me. The doctors and the nursing staff were kind and helpful. as long as blue Ceder is up and running, I will never go anywhere else!😘😁🙏🏼❤️👍
