This was my first time visiting St cloud emergency hospital while out of town, and I was very impressed with their motivation and attentiveness to my needs. Every staff member who cared for me that night was polite, kind, and patient. Most doctors you meet a rude, in a hurry, and have bad bedside matters, but not the doctor I encountered that night, he was very kind and genuine. Even the security guards were polite, friendly, and helpful. Through my illness the staffs made it pleasant and that I comfortable much as possible. Thank you to the staffs and doctor that was on shift that morning. I appreciate all that you do ❤️

From the time I rolled in until the time I checked out, the staff and attention were great. Every step was explained and every need taken care of quickly. The nursing staff was top notch and the doctors took the time to explain every step. The radiology staff was very helpful as well. I don’t recommend visiting an ED but this one was top notch.

Mi experiencia fue excelente, tuve un muy buen trato de parte de todas las enfermeras y doctores. Le llevaron libros de colorear a mi hija, un helado de pedialite 😂, le hicieron caritas divertidas. I've been to other hospitals around town and the staff Orlando Health St. Cloud are always so helpful and kind. On my last visit they were very attentive and made sure to check in throughout the whole time I was there. They are always pretty busy but still find time to help each patient and each other in a very efficient and professional manner. Jeremiah and Jose were awesome! Thank you guys for what you do!

Staff was great. Medical attention outstanding. But I had to wait too long before seeing a doctor and they had no beds available. They stuck me in the hallway which makes for a rough night when everyone is loud and lights are on 24/7. Better than not getting treated. Administrators hire more staff.

From the time I pulled up with my injury I was welcomed at the at door. Gentleman told me to sit tight. Grabbed me a wheelchair right away. Didn’t even have to ask. From the nurses to the X Ray techs to the CT techs. Everyone was nothing short of amazing. Laura was fantastic. Felt great knowing I was in good hands.

I had a pretty rough night and ended up driving to the ER. On my way there all that I could think about was everything that you expect in an ER waiting room. Long wait times, an emergency happening as soon as you arrive taking away the only available ER doctor, and so on. Thank God, this night was quite different. Minutes after I checked in with the front desk clerk, I was called to the back. The experience was really good considering how I felt. The staff was great, the nurse was amazing, and the ER doctor truly took her time to understand my medical condition, and did a great job diagnosing it. At the end, I felt much better when I left the Orlando Health St. Cloud ER room. Thank you so much to everybody in the Orlando Health St. Cloud Hospital ER room for doing such a great job! 🙏🏽

The emergency department was extremely busy on a Friday afternoon / evening. We sat in the waiting room for about 5 minutes and were seen quickly and listened to. The staff was all very attentive and compassionate. It was the most efficient visit I’ve ever had at an emergency room.
