The doctor and staff were amazing with my youngest when she broke her arm on Saturday! They made her feel very comfortable and eased her fears. The orthopedic specialist that saw her today said that the ER doctor did a fantastic job of setting her arm which resulted in no surgery! Thanks to the entire team that was on!!

Staff treated me quickly and was kind. Visited due to my asthma: discomfort and shortness of breath. The respiratory department properly explained things I wasn't informed of by previous doctors. They told me what I needed for follow up and how to use my medication properly.

The nurses and doctors I dealt with that were on shift this evening are absolutely horrible. My son had a child I was there for 5 hours made sure it was nothing horrible. He had a common cold. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't something more serious. They wanted us to stay the night because he is only a year old and has a bad cough. Of course he has a bad cold. Not my first child I'm not new to this, I told them no we want to be discharged. These women got mad because I wouldn't do what they wanted and called the cops to my home telling them we needed a welfare check because I showed signs of depression in absolutely no way did I do that. How low and petty these people think there God. I can take care of my child more efficiently from my own home then sitting in there. I will never go back and recommend you guys dont either and please do not bring your children here they do not have there best interest in heart I am so pissed. I am a very good mommy and to lie to the police because you don't get your way. Very immature.

We've had great experiences here before it became the "full" hospital/emergency room, but our most recent visit was lacking. Took them half an hour to get someone to help me get the patient out of the car and another hour to get back to the room. Spent a lot of time waiting, 5.5 hrs from start to finish and they put patient on crutches and a brace with a referral to a specialist because they could not MRI. Specialist couldn't see patient for another week and said they never should have put the brace on and possibly caused more damage.
Everyone we dealt with at the ER was nice enough but a lot of waiting for a "I don't know, guess we will do this" diagnosis is rough, esp when specialist said they treated it wrong. Then got a 6k bill today despite verifying we had insurance to cover it with a 500 copay.
There's another call to make. Last time they did the same thing on the billing end, so that's nothing new. Overall I'd say we've had good experiences in the past but if this experience is any indication, this place is going downhill.

I’ve brought my father here more than we’d like but we are always seen quick and taken care of thoroughly. We have also visited the ER in town and night and day difference. The PW facility has great staff from doctors to the people who check us in. For emergencies, this is the place to go!

Was rushed in and out and left with bruises and rashes but at least they got rid of my migraine and vomiting. Still don’t know what’s wrong. The guys that were there that night acted like they knew everything but apperently didn’t know how to do phlebotomy. My IV was so painful. I had to have them take it out and change arms then they told me I didn’t have good vains which I know is a lie because I get blood drawn all the time from having Graves’ disease.

Dr Haniq is a smaller man with an even smaller ability to demonstrate human kindness to his patients.

I have had 10 + years of customer service and experienced a cold introduction prior to being told that me and my congested 2 month old did not need to be there. We had serious hesitation about going in but worried about her week of fevers and congestion causing her to gasp for air through the night. When I asked what we could do to limit the progression of the normal symptoms my daughter was experiencing a hand was held in my face and I was told not to be rude.

I almost completely lost it. I simply communicated I was not being rude and asked if he could at least assess my child before he dismissed us? He stated that he didn't need to physically exam her, which he did, and that he had been "assessing" her from vitals and observation since he walked in the room.

I then stated he needed to work on his bed side manner and he glared at me for a good 30 secs. It was then, 15 mins, that he finally started to provide the service that allowed him into the room. I did not go there to be belittled or condescend to. Im not sure how an individual feels it appropriate to act in his own accord and not part of the culture or operating policy of the medical institution but it's extremely unfortunate and we did not appreciate it. I was told I would recieve a survey to communicate my experience and only enough it still has not come as promised. This is why we submitted the review! This type of treatment is not okay.

Pueblo, CO. Does not need Mr. Haniq or his poor bed side manner. Humans are the biggest part of your profession!!!

Had blood drawn, the nurse did a blood draw, didn't get a good poke, I started bleeding everywhere, she was unprepared, was looking for something to clean it up with, grabbed a dirty rag off the bed, (mind you, rag was sitting there before I came into the room) clearly not sanitary, wiped my arm with it! A day later I developed severe dermatitis, swelling and rash at the needle site. Had to go back in and they are trying to charge me 3k for the visit their nurse caused!! The doctor said it could have been what they use to clean their rags with that caused it... um nope, have had multiple surgeries, blood draws, never had a bad reaction. This was negligence from a sloppy nurse and excuses for that nurse were made by a doctor trying not to hurt his own reputation for a department he's employed by. The billing department says they did a full investigation into the charges and found no wrong doing and I am 100% responsible for payment. Before I was even seen I was told my insurance was active and would cover costs. Now they are stating it never covered ER visits. They are REQUIRED BY LAW, to inform me of that per the no surprise billing law. This experience overall at Parkview West was horrible. Go elsewhere if you can! I will dispute the charges and sue if need be. Btw, There is one star because you cannot post a review unless there is atleast one. I give them NO Stars.
