I wish I could give Prestige ER Mesquite more than 5 stars! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and compassion. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they got me in. The nurse was already there along with the X-ray Tech, ready to help. They asked me all the right questions about my injury and explained what to expect.

Dr. Palot, the attending ER physician, was fantastic! He was very professional, really listened to my concerns, and gave me solid recommendations. I ended up getting a CT scan, and they helped me with a knee brace and crutches. Dr. Palot was genuinely caring and made sure my pain was well-managed. He gave me a detailed explanation of my CT results and even referred me to some orthopedic doctors.

The nurse and X-ray Tech were amazing! They made sure I felt comfortable with my crutches and shared some helpful tips on how to use them. The entire staff was so compassionate and had a great sense of humor, making the experience that much better. I can’t recommend this place enough! Thank you for taking such great care of me—I truly appreciate it!

The receptionist is wonderful. She is quick to help and is so kind and patient. The nurse is just ok. She realized she had an attitude and quickly fixed it when she saw my attitude could match hers. The doctor is a scardy cat. Once he knew my husband had the flu, he did not want to step back into the patient room where my husband was. These doctors are becoming wimps ever since Covid. I’m thankful they knew what to do but there needs to be bravery and attitude adjustments.

I checked in a couple weeks ago extremely sick. Cindy at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Angele, the nurse took great care of me and was the best. Dylan, the rad tech was so kind and explained to me what was going to happen during my CT. Dr. Potla was so sweet and was concerned about me and was so caring. They all made sure I was all better before discharging me. I highly recommend this facility. Best ER hands down!

Want to express my gratitude to the entire staff at Prestige ER. From Darcy, the front office receptionist whom was very kind and helpful and very concerned on how I was feeling, to Dr. O with his professional care and his wonderful nurse who assisted in my care. Highly recommend them for their dedication and hard work. Can’t thank y’all enough for your care.

This ER is such a great place. Rhonda, Dr Kante, Melanie and Sara were so professional and polite. They took care of my 7 year old and addressed all of our concerns. I always come here for any emergencies I have since I know we will all be very well taken care of. 10/10 recommend

Front desk, nurse, X-ray doctor, attending were all EXTREMELY caring and helpful and honest with my 18 year old son who was very worried. They made him feel heard, asked insightful questions, and took care to put him at ease and I know they don’t have to do that. This is the most relaxed he has been in weeks. Currently sleeping peacefully and snoring lol. Very grateful to the staff here. God bless.

The front desk as well as the nurses were great. The Doctor is horrible he seemed lazy like he didn’t want to check me. He didn’t give me cough medicine even though he saw and heard me
Coughing my brains out. On top of that I’m stuck with a huge bill and still coughing I had to call my
Primary care doctor.

Anytime we have had to come here, we have been met with nothing but kindness. From the front desk to the medical staff… kindness and compassion every time. That’s important especially when you don’t feel well. I highly recommend using them!
