The Problem: As a provider myself, it’s devastating when my child needs an emergency room. Especially when my first stop was a local minute clinic thinking it was probably no big deal and could just be handled real quick before the weather blows in.

The Greeting: Words like empathy, compassion, and expertise don’t always come to mind when you think ER, especially if you’ve been to one on a Friday night in Plano. That’s because you didn’t go to Prestige ER. They had no wait, and even have a drive up drop off for patients with wheel chairs in addition to the walk in doors.

The Cost: The front desk staff was knowledgeable about billing, and had my child being triaged while we sorted out the coverage. If you don’t have Medicaid or Medicare, they only charge your deductible and/or copay up front unlike other similar care centers requiring you to pay up front and seek out of network reimbursement on your own. The Medicaid/Medicare issue is a state system billing problem common to private practice.

The Care: My child was treated with a calm, sincere, and expert medical evaluation. When he needed radiology they had a mobile team come in so we didn’t have to leave. He watched Netflix in a private room that was spacious enough for us to all fit.

The Bottom Line: My child didn’t need a Level II Trauma Unit, nor did he have to endure the chaos, noise, waits, and other things that are associated with hospital based emergency rooms in the area to get the emergency care he needed. I didn’t have to drop $8k up front for services. I’m taking a stack of cards to give my patients, and I’m putting one on my fridge and one in my wallet. I am grateful I found Prestige ER without knowing about them ahead of time. I hope this is a message you read and a service you never need, but if you do, call them. Your loved one will be in great hands.

We have used Prestige ER two times now for minor emergencies. We have never waited to be taken back. We have always been greeted with friendly faces and professional attitudes. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Everyone from the RN, to the radiology tech and even the Physician get 5 stars from us!!

Fantastic care at Prestige ER! Was suffering from uncontrollable coughing and other symptoms. They got me right in, tested and diagnosed with pneumonia. Gave me antibiotics, breathing treatments and fluids to help me quickly feel better. Staff was professional, efficient and compassionate. Would recommend them over any other urgent care in the area.

I went to Prestige ER today and the care that I received was top notch! I was diagnosed with bronchitis and they were able to give me medicine, a breathing treatment and fluids to rehydrate me. The doctor nurse and staff were all very kind and welcoming and very helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone Who is not feeling well? They really take care of their patients!

My first visit and I was recommended here to assist with an swollen finger due to my wedding ring. It was cutting into my skin and unfortunately needed to come off. Miss Miranda greeted immediately and sent me back to the room. Nurse Yazmin was amazing, quick and friendly! And Dr. Narla cut my ring off where it would be available to be fixed once we went back to the jeweler. We usually go to the other Urgent Care but I think we’ll be coming here for my husband since the one we go to always sends us to the hospital. And good luck to the pre med student working with y’all! I went to Prestige ER with terrible stomach ache. Dr. Khan and their colleagues provide excellent care and immediately began the diagnostic process to discover the problem. I would strongly recommend this location to anyone who is not feeling well. They take great care of their patients!

Best ER I have ever been to. There was no wait, and they processed me and had me all hooked up in just a few minutes. The nurses were kind and accommodating. Dr. Potla was thorough and patient with all of questions. I am so glad that I decided to come to this facility, it made a bad situation as painless as possible.

Dr. potla is usually really fast with his work and very accurate, these guys have always taken good care of me and my entire family and I’d goose no other place to go!
