We went in with my MIL for abdominal issues, she was in right away! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, so attentive and informative. The Dr. jumped in did his thing never too busy to answer one of our many questions, very warm and gentle with my MIL. After the scans we had other concerns, he took us in front of his computer and explained everything to us in detail so we could understand. The professionalism and compassion coming from everyone there left us feeling like we got exactly that we came for and more!

We had to make an unexpected visit to the ER because my son had a sports related injury. We were let in without a wait and out within hr with results. The front desk Gavi was so nice. She gave us gatorade, and printed out my insurance card. The nurse and techs was so caring and gentle. I definitely recommend Priority ER. First slogan I've ever seen that does not lie..."NO WAITING TIME."

I had breathing issues-no air! Went in and immediately seen Gavi at front desk/she got help fast. They were so professional and assist me quickly. Dr Casey and Nurse David help was quick and accurate. Breathing restored. I stayed the night and they were very attentive and keep treatment going. They sent me home with everything I needed to continue my care. They were truly a blessing for me and my hus and Excellent care. Thank you all! Dr Casey, David Gavi and Patty! I will recommend Priority ER Care!

Great service! Lisa at the front is very helpful and nurse Ramona came through and literally hooked it up. Jenny the tech really brought it all together for the great experience. Now Dr Casey my man Dr Casey is the Dr for all your Dr needs

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Priority ER Care. From Gavi at the front desk who got us in immediately, David the calm inducing RN who made the patient comfortable and at ease, to the tech, Evelyn who cleaned up the wound and made the patient laugh, to Dr DiCamillo who treated the patient as if she was his mother, all were perfect. She got the finest of care and attention for both her physical emergency and her emotional feelings. They all worked together to make her comfortable. As the person who drove her there, I was comforted by their kindness and professionalism and great medical expertise. This team wraps you up in security and treats all of the patient needs, including the reason for coming.
They score 100 stars for everything they have to offer.
The only negative is that they don’t accept Medicare. I wish they did.
Still 100 stars for this great ER and the teams that are so dedicated to treating the whole patient.

Dr. Casey is the upmost caring understanding Dr. I have ever encountered in Odessa. My mom was seen today by him for severe stomach pain due to her Cancer and he took the time to educate us step by step and fully understand this awful disease. He has the biggest heart, and we felt VERY taken care of. Staff is outstanding, patient and very observant. I will no longer run to the hospital for my mom. This is our new go to Dr. I wish we could give 20 stars!

I went in with my 3 month old baby expecting to pay 300$ because they don’t accept our insurance. They still seen my baby told me what I needed to do to make him feel better and didn’t charge us
They were so kind and patient and I’m so thankful that they didn’t charge us around this time of year. I definitely recommend going here the staff is so friendly

Our son was severely dehydrated, and feeling horrible. The amazing staff at Priority ER Care were extremely efficient and made us feel like family. Dr. Casey took no shortcuts and provided top care. His team was so great the positive culture was sensed throughout. Thank you to the techs Addie and Becky 🫶🏽, the RN David was our favorite. Gavi was a welcoming presence and super friendly! Thank you guys for making this not meant for fun experience pleasant. Our son left feeling so much better.
