I had to take my wife to this emergency room because it was under our network with Blue Shield of California. Parking on Sunday here is free so that's always good but finding a parking spot can be hard especially if they are busy because the parking lot is shared with the emergency room and main hospital. When we arrived, you make a left to go to the emergency room or straight ahead to the main hospital. Keep in mind that it's a emergency room so if your situation not life threatening then you'll likely have to wait a while. The nurses, doctors and everyone in the medical field are overworked and stress so just be understanding. There only 1 bathroom here and 1 TV so bring your own entertainment. I would also recommend bringing your own charger because there no outlets unless you look for a wall charge. We ended up being there for a little over 3 hours but it was because my wife had to do different test.

My daughter went there this Wednesday morning in severe pain.. No patients in waiting area it was pretty much empty.. She asked how soon someone could see her since she was in severe pain could barely walk anymore.. They brushed her off told her to wait. The triage nurse was even worse very rude and disrespectful..
At this point my daughter was in a worse mood due to her pain and the way they were treating her like if she was there for a quick fix. THE DOCTOR finally sees her and all she gives her is a gi cocktail which is for gastric issues. Didn't evaluate her at all or bothered in running any labs. They were very judgemental treating her like she was a junkie or something very bias attitude all the way around.. She asked if she could get assistance with a wheelchair because she could barely walk and they had the nerve to just say "no you can walk your OK " wait in waiting area for a few hours to have the medication help.. She was upset about the treatment I had to rush out of work to go get her just to find her outside on a bench laying there crying like a child because of the pain she was in and upset that they wouldn't give her the help she needed. Ended up rushing her to olive view where they actually took proper steps to identify the problem.. KIDNEY STONES that's what she had of course she is in a lot of pain morons..Not there just for drugs.. She isn't anywhere near being a user but I guess people are still very judgmental and bias when it come to tattoos.. Never again

Seriously impressed. I went there in the middle of the night due to hearing loss. Turned out to be a lot of wax built up in the ear canal. They flushed it out and restored hearing very quickly.

Wait time was very reasonable. I’d say I was in and out within an hour.

Staff was extremely friendly and nice.

Mala experiencia el día martes 10/22/2024 lleve ami hijo inchado de su cara no le dieron ningún medicamento fui hay porq el doctor de cabecera me había referido hay pero de verdad que mala experiencia 3 horas para que lo pasarán y cuando lo pasaron solo le hicieron Rayos X y tomada de sangre y vallase para su casa qué poca.. en la tarde empezó con fiebre y sin medicamentos ni nada me fui de emergencia a otro hospital y hasta ingresado me lo dejaron que estaba mal pero este hospital no le da la importancia al paciente personal fatal.

My father is in the hospital and the vent is really dirty, They were asked 3 times to clean it. My dad was having bad allergies. Nobody came.

The wait times can sometimes be very long. And the staff checking you in aren't the friendliest. But the nurses and doctors inside the actual ER are really great. They are caring and nice and make you feel at ease. We took our 6 year old daughter in for fainting/dehydration, and our newborn son for a cut fingertip and both times the people who actually helped us were so great.

I had the best experience here, despite my circumstances. My main nurse was Monica. It didn’t matter how busy the emergency room got, or how many things were beeping. She kept her smile on her face. She was so very patient and kind. You could actually see her smile in her eyes and hear it in her voice. She didn’t rush you thru your questions or problems. She tried to make sure I was comfortable and warm. She genuinely cared about me as a patient and a person. I had my chargers plugged into the wall. Never did she complain about having to step over the cords each and every time. As long as I was happy, she was perfectly fine. Her positive attitude made my visit so much better. Absolutely loved her!!! When Monica went to lunch, her relief nurse was Kristin M. She was also very sweet, was very attentive and had me laughing. The laughing kept me distracted which is great when you are in the hospital waiting for news. Jennifer came in to take down some info. She was great as well. When you are able to connect with nurses who are so personable, it’s fantastic. It makes your hospital stay much easier. But, when you get the nurses that go out of their way to make you feel so comfortable and safe, the ones that go the extra mile for you no matter how busy and how crazy the emergency room is, then please take the extra 5 minutes to let them know or post a nice review. They deserve it.

Yo e visitado en varies ocasiones la Sala de emergencies de este hospital ya sea por mis niños o por mi y sinpre abia teñido buena esperiensia con todo el personal. Pero ese lunes 20/5/2024 yebe ami bebe con fiebre y la enfermera en turno intento ponerle una sonda lo intento una bes y no puedo mi bebe estaba llorando conbdolor ledije que ya no lalastimara y que le colocara una balsa para recoletar la orita se la coloco alas 10 : pm y asta la 1: am la rebisaron la bolsa estaba basia y el panper yeno de orina porque la enfermera le puso mal la vols yegue a emerhensia alas 8: pm y sali asta la 1: 30 amy ento ese tinpo no le isieron ningun examen de nada solo le dieron Tylenol y trataron la de la enxamen de orita Pero tanpoco se la iisieron por lo que ya explique Sali triste y desilusionada
