This location was awesome, quickly taken to my room and very nice and professional nurse Victoria really made me feel better. She is great! Dr saw me shortly after vitals were taken, overall, 5/5 will recommend and will be back if need be.

I came to this Rapid Care's Emergency Room due to a chest pain and had the best attention and services provided. They were professional and took care of my health, which gave me peace of mind. The place is clean, organized and comfortable. The staff were really kind. They made me feel myself at home. One of the nurses/ medical assistant who was taking care of me in the room was very attentive, careful and took my blood pressure as well as many other tasks assigned to her in a comfortable and professional way. She was excellent. I would also like to thank to the front desk lady who was really sociable, polite and guided me filling out the easy paperwork as required. She also gave me a gift kit on behalf of the place. No doubts, that I will be a regular patient from now on. I will do all my health check outs on this location. I highly recommend coming here

A huge shout to everybody who work at this facility, specially Nurse Everlyn, MA: Diana, front desk staff Victoria and Doctor Asim Abbasi. I came in with a excruciating pain in my chest and I was worry but Later on found out it was Gastritis issue and they give me meds and I was better then ever. Great hospitality, great service. Much love for the whole staff ❤️.

I went to Rapid Care last night around 11PM, as soon as I completed my paperwork I was seen. Due to the amount of pain I was in and it was noticed, a wheelchair was brought to me. The entire staff was kind and immediatly treated me. When it was time for the RN to inject me (3X) left, & right shoulder I didn't feel a thing; but the one on the rear he warned me. The Dr who treated me was professional and polite. I was in extreme pain and it was a difficult night for me. But when the Dr. said "Everything will get better." and being able to walk without a wheelchair after the injections and treatment I did feel better. Highly recommend this Emergency Room. l

Horrible Experience—Avoid at All Costs!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to this emergency room in need of help, but it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I waited over THREE HOURS without any assistance, while the employees stood around chatting and laughing in the middle of the reception area as though patients didn’t exist. They showed ZERO urgency in an URGENT care clinic.

The staff was completely unprofessional and seemed more interested in socializing than actually doing their jobs. There was no communication, no apologies, and absolutely no effort to provide care. It felt like they were doing everything EXCEPT helping people in need.

This is not just an inconvenience—it’s unacceptable. People go to urgent care because they need immediate attention, not to be ignored for hours while the staff behaves like they’re on a coffee break.

I will never return to this clinic, and I strongly advise others to stay far away. If you value your time, health, and dignity, go somewhere else where they actually care about their patients.

My experience was wonderful. They took thorough vitals and steps to ensure I got the proper care I needed. I was also attended to in a timely manner. For this, I recommend Rapidcare ER. I was given a goodie bag after my visit 😁

This is a go to place for great emergency care. Went a couple years ago and received excellent service ended up going back tonight for another problem and once again a+ care. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive and while you might have some wait time it's not anything compared to waiting on an actual hospital ER. We'll come back if we ever need emergency care again.
