I have visited this emergency facility twice in the last 2 years and was extremely pleased with the care I received. On a scale of 1 to 10, I rate them a 10. How often can you say that about an emergency room. Their care team have been extraordinary.

My visit to the ER was very disappointing. I waited to get seen and then waited many hours after. No one came to keep me updated I had to go ask myself for updates. There were only 2 staff there that were professional and friendly which were the Phlebotomist and X-ray personnel. The other staff that attended to me were not. I notice the staff, some not all were on their phone's and not completing their task at hand. It was full in there and the service was very slow, and maybe it was a result to the staff not be attentive. If I could give it no stars I would. Good luck!

I believe her name is Ms. Yanette. She was the one who drew blood on my ER visit. She was incredible!! It was a quick and literal pain free experience. And she was very nice! They need to clone her. Out of 5 stars I give her 10!!

Very familiar with this hospital and ER. I take my children here preferably over any other ER when it's necessary. I've also given birth to my children at this hospital. However, recently I had terrible stomach pain and burning. By the 4th day of this, it was unbearable. I went to Redlands community Hospital ER for myself this time. By noon, I was admitted and told I needed my gallbladder removed. From The beginning to the very end when I was discharged the following day after surgery, every doctor, nurse, cna, and physical therapist I encountered was amazing! They all were caring and friendly but, also respectful. I would recommend this hospital to EVERYONE. What I love also is that the same Dr.'s that treated me in hospital were the same Dr.'s I followed up with in clinic 2 weeks later to remove my staples and make sure I was healed. Overall 5++ stars all the way around!

Nurses were extremely professional and were able to attend to my medical needs immediately, regardless of how many other patients they were serving. Doctors were thorough and I left knowing I was safe & I understood what I needed to do for after care. Excellent medical care.

I was at ER in May and ultimately had a very severe case of shingles and a very discreet area. I was put in a room immediately. And there I sat for 8 hours! No nurse, no doctor. Nobody came in my room during that time ! After 8 hours the doctor came in. He never touched me. Never did any tests or anything. Gave me a diagnosis and sent me on my way. 2 months later I got a bill for over $8,000! Not something I ever want to do again

Redlands hospital provided an excellent experience. The doctor and nurse who assisted me were fantastic. While I've had negative experiences at Loma Linda hospital and often worry about not being heard or receiving proper care there, Redlands hospital has always made me feel comfortable. I know I can go to Redlands and receive attentive care without worry.

I was very well cared for and the timing wasn’t bad either. Doctors and Nurse were fast and effective in performing there duties to care for me and my needs as well as making sure it was as painless and informative as possible. Including providing for my needs and answering all questions promptly.
