I went for an ER visit and treated more than required. Took my credit card saying "security deposit", refund after insurance. It's been more than 2 months, and I have not received any refund. I called a few times, and they said that they would refund but never get your refund. I am going to file a dispute and complain to the insurance. This is the second time they are doing like this take money and not getting a refund or adjusting. Keep in mind while visiting this hospital.

I was from outstate patient, I came here with my emergency requested.
I got severe flu, strong caughing cause my abdominal muscle excess squiring that exheal force caused bruising on my stomach area.
Freaking out such appearance, I need doctor to exam my health
ER doctor accept me then order blood test to check my organ, cope with CT imaging.
Such appropriate MD decision calming my disturbance mentality.
I am cheering this ER servise, and recommended to you to select rather to pick urgent care.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the exceptional care my family and I have received over the years. From routine check-ups to more urgent medical needs, the staff at Regional Hospital has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure we receive the best possible treatment.
The doctors take the time to listen to our concerns, provide thorough explanations, and ensure that we feel comfortable and informed about our treatment options. Their dedication to patient care is truly commendable.
The nursing staff deserves special recognition as well. They are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and attentive. I have always felt well cared for, with nurses who are quick to respond to any questions or needs. Their empathy during difficult times has made a significant difference in our experience at the hospital.
Additionally, the facilities at Regional Hospital are well-maintained and equipped with the latest technology, which adds to the overall sense of safety and confidence in the care we receive. The hospital environment is clean, organized, and designed to promote healing, making visits feel less daunting. Depending on the time and day you go there could be a really long wait or a short wait. The emergency room is fairly small. At the entrance there's a sign that states that everyone must wear a mask but the security was not enforcing it. Yet when you enter the security guard will make you empty your pockets and use a metal detector device on you. The charging station is dirty and needs maintenance. Regardless thanks to all the staff for taking care of people in need.

We came in shortly after 3:30pm on a Tuesday, and it wasn't very busy. I felt for the amount of people there, we were attended to in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was very friendly, and helpful, and made sure I was comfortable and answered any questions, after explaining what was going on. I was surprised at the amount of people not wearing a mask... It's a hospital people, it's where sick people congregate, think about it!
Over-all a very positive experience for the issue at hand. Thank you!

The worst ER. Waited 4+ hours in the waiting room. The guy who took us to the room sounded arrogant. I don't think he likes his job. They're over crowding this place. I saw some patients lying on bed in the hallway. However, the nurse who came to our room was very nice. I still giving them one start.

First time at this hospital. Although the employees were thoughtful and professional. This hospital doesn’t have a lot of, but they make it work for them.

Do yourself a favor, don't come. Simple as that.
We arrived with our Son, with a broken arm. after 3 hours in - they did not provide any pain medication, they did not think to splint the arm the whole time.
My Son needed a surgery after reviewing the x-ray, no pediatric surgeon was available but they insisted that the adults surgeon will operate. Eventually after 3 hours a nurse was assigned to provide an IV and pain medication but he could not put the IV and caused my son additional pain.
I requested a transfer to another hospital (with available pediatric surgeon) and they even worsen their attitude toward us. they refuse to the transfer, to provide a pain medication (not even Tylenol!!!), nor splint the arm for transfer.

I'm so glad that we transferred my son to Stanford - OMG what a difference.

So just to summarize - don't just don't.
