The ER nurses were friendly, caring, and compassionate towards us. It felt like they cared about their patients and took their jobs very seriously. I even heard them being kind and compassionate towards patients surrounding us. Hats off to Nurse Denecia, on day shift.

I spent 1 month there with life threatening leg injuries. The Drs & orthopedic specialist I had were at the top of their game. I have another opinion on the nurses and techs: rude, disrespectful, they didn’t care that I was in excruciating pain, they didn’t care that I would have to sit in a soiled bed b/c I could not bear weight on either leg and 1 arm, I would press my button and often it would be over an hour sitting in my own filth b/c no one cared. They made it a point to get things in order before Drs did their rounds. 5 star Drs: 1 star all other nurses and techs. It wasn’t a rare occurrence, it was several times a day that I sat in urine and feces for over an hour, sometimes it was close to 2 hours.

In the event of any emergency, attitudes from the staff are really unwarranted and not needed.. the chaplain IS NO WHERE to be found instead of the chaplain doing his/her job they disappear. I do understand that his facility is a state ran facility and it lacks a lot.. however when loved ones are asking the appropriate questions to receive answers so they can notify other family members and or friends.. the person ( chaplain) should not just disappear without answering those questions. I do understand the frustration of having to deal with multiple people but yeah walking away and not being found isn’t going to cut it here.

Very noisy, patients family are allowed to laugh and make all kinds of noise, you can't rest. Went I played some music I was told to turn it down, but yet these people are making so much noise. My wife hasn't received her seizure meds all day, nothing to drink or eat. I never want to come here again.

Son in a wreck emergency room not very clean and they had no information on him at 330 left telephone no.we had to go and sleep in car in a storm no bathroom to go to and at 600 o'clock we went back in. The same receptionist very rude finally found out where he was .one at time we got to see him about 20 people in a small ER only privacy was curtains and empty waiting room .They blame it all on corvid but no masks on anyone . like to know if they had any rooms for patients my son never see one He said that hospital was making him feel worse that hospital 20 yrs ago was a good hospital but now it not fit for law abiding citizens but criminals if i could rate this hospital it would be negative 5 star. NEED NEW MANAGEMENT

Worst hospital I have been in and that includes hospitals in third world countries I have visited. Extremely dirty. No communication between staff and patient. Supervisor wants to argue her case while I'm voicing my complaints. My loved one is here in critical care and there's no care at all. Nurse is no where to be found! Occupational therapist left him in a chair without restrains and he has a head injury! I shudder to think what would happen if I hadn't been there. Can't wait to leave. Extremely slow and nurses hardly come to care for him. Do NOT come here! I pray we get out soon and never come back!

They saved my son - how much more can I ask? Yes, some delay, weird visitation rules, somewhat crowded ... but my son had complex pelvis surgery and arm pretty much re-assembled after road accident, and that was done by all standards based on the results. Recovery care is very good, lots of attention, professional attitude, responsive. Thank you very much doctors for what you do.

OUTSTANDING care. My mother and I received excellent treatment by the staff. She was visiting from out of state and commented on how kind and attentive the trauma care staff were. I don't know how funding works, but if given the the money to make a few updates and repairs, it's no telling how many more lives can be saved here. 10 stars all the way.
