Really hate to leave a bad review, but…. I was there Sunday night/Monday morning. Had shard abdominal pain radiating to my mid back and up my shoulders. I waited 3 hours to be brought back to a chair with a curtain. By the time the doc came and spoke with me my pain was subsiding but still there. They ordered blood tests no imaging. Another 2 hours later bloodwork came back clear so they discharged me. Again no imaging…
Well Wednesday night my pain returned. Due to being blown off by Resolute I pushed through the pain until Thursday afternoon. I couldn’t take it so I went to Christus. They Saw me immediately. Did an ultrasound within 35 minutes of arriving. And what do you know it’s my gallbladder… I had surgery this morning to remove it. The ER doc told me he would have never skipped on an ultrasound based off what my symptoms were. I gave birth at resolute and loved the team there, but after this experience and expressing how I have a 6 week old baby at home and just being blown off makes me not want to ever return.

Went in 8/11 with a pinched nerve or something of that nature in my back. Zero assistance as I slowly walked in taking baby steps. The young girl at the desk barely looked at me took my id and info didn't bother to ask if I needed any type of assistance. When I was called to the back same thing the tech stood at the double doors didn't bother to ask if I needed help surely watching me take baby steps to get through the doors yo the room they were putting me in. 4 different people came in the room. Someone brought me the tablet to complete the portal registration. The next person to my blood pressure. Then a nurse came in and gave me a pain shot and told me the do tor would be coming in. He came in sat on the little barstool looking chair asked me brief general questions about my back and the pain. Basically told me it's more than likely just a pinched nerve or muscle issue that would relax and the pain would go away in time. He was in the room less than 5 minutes. When leaving I was given the prescription paperwork for 2 scripts. Valium and Naproxin. When I got to the pharmacy they had 3 scripts for me not 2. They had also called in a steroid prescription that I received no paperwork on. Lack of professionalism from start to finish was miserable. I then received a bill for over $5,000 for the ER visit and then a separate bill just for the doctor. I filed complaints regarding both bills and lack of services rendered. I refuse to pay anymore than $500 total for the entire experience and lack of care, professionalism etc. Open the website and read the creative writing they use to market their services. It starts with this...
"When a serious health emergency or
injury occurs, seconds can matter.
From the moment you enter our doors,
our dedicated staff of emergency room
doctors and medical professionals
make it their mission to provide quality
compassionate care." Again I refuse to pay the ridiculous amount of plus $6000. Send me a new revised bill with a total of $500 and I'll pay that amount and not a penny more.

Excellent care. Positive for COVID and throat infection. I arrived and was taken back in just a few minutes. Not too busy when I arrived. Clean comfortable waiting room. Dr Harris , Gina and Melonie were friendly and took their time. They listened and answered any questions I had. All test were performed and results were back somewhat fast. Told me all my results. I was in about 2 1/2 hours and out. Nurse called in two prescriptions for me to my Walgreens. They were very professional. Emergency room was very clean and quiet. I have confidence in the care I received. Top notch hospital. I recommend.

I took my wife to the hospital because her feeding tube came out. This Asian descent female doctor put a new feeding tube in and the tube she put in came out so I had to take her back to Resolute. The doctor that attended to her said who ever put it in failed to inflate the retainer balloon .While she was laying in bed in the ER she had a bad case of diahreah.I had to tell the nurse that was over her to get her changed. In the meantime while they were cleaning her up they had called the ambulance. Just before the ambulance loaded her the. Nurse told me and the driver she was still having a loose bm but they loaded her in the ambulance as opposed to getting the diahreah under control. A dog shouldn't be treated like this. When the ambulance got her home she had diahreah all the way up her back to above her waist which resulted in a very bad UTI which she is still being treated for.

I don’t even know where to start but I pray God was with me because I would be dead from the care I received. Went because I was having a heart attack and I knew because I am a cardiac nurse in another state. I waited in the waiting room alone then I was told I had to be admitted and have surgery because I was indeed having a MI. I was left alone on a heparin drip with no nurse insight for about a hour. When I went to pcu the staff was very nice but they were completely clueless on how to care for a cardiac patient. I want to know how can a hospital discharge me within 4days and I had 2 MIs and 2cardiac cats with 2 stents to my LED And then the staff expected me to walk out without a wheelchair to my truck after the doctor just got done telling me to be on strict bed rest and call to start cardiac rehab. My list can go on and on … Over all horrible experience and I really thought I was going to die.

Every time I've been here, the staff seems unfriendly and unapproachable. I would recommend looking for another hospital. Going to the ER is already a stressful situation, and it's difficult to deal with staff who don't provide a welcoming attitude.

Some of the nurses including the intake nurse was very rude and condescending. Many staff members seemed unprofessional and they did absolutely nothing for me. I was extremely ill and they did the bare minimum. Don’t go there if you have an emergency and need care.

Physician Newman , Thomas is terrible. Was practically rolling his eyes before even listening to me when asking what I was there for. Been sick for 6 days and needed some relief of any kind and he was worthless.
