I wiah there was a zero star option.

Yet here was another terrible experience. Nurses on staff were too concerned about gossiping about their personal life and others. Looked at me like i was lying and didn't know what i was talking about with my own son. This is quite literally the worst hospital in this county if not state. It's truly a shame how poor these people treat patients. Way to much personal life and not the professionalism to ensure patients are taken care of in their medical situation. Out of the entire hospital staff i know like 3 people in this ENTIRE building that's actually good staff and cares about people. The rest of these people have ZERO compassion.

Wait times in the ER are extremely slow. X-rays take at least an hour. It will also take nearly an hour to be seen. Even with one other person ahead of me. The staff make up for the long and drawn out experience. They are all SO sweet and kind. As an Arkansas native that just moved here. I was blown away by how nice everyone was. I came in for back pain, and I wasn’t treated like a pill addict like I have been in other hospitals. The Dr. was amazing and heard me out. Other than the wait times, i was extremely impressed with this hospital and I’m very thankful to have them as our only ER in town.

Best experience we've had in a long time. The entire staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and did their job efficiently. The Dr on call was attentive to my mom's needs, ordered xrays right away and answered all our questions. Good job to the staff that was working that night!

Although this hospital has seen its share of bad reviews, I can personally thank the nurses and Doctors that saw my Son in the ER. They performance was exceptional. The Doctor personally came in and artistically mended the wound working tirelessly for several hours. I am glad I had such an awesome team at my time of need. Thank you. The only thing bad I would have to say is that the administration that process patients in...I'm wonder
ing if gathering paperwork is so vital and necessary , could there be a way that the nurses could treat the bleeding patient first then handle the paperwork later.

I waited for six hours before I actually saw the doctor. There were two emergency people that should have been cut in line. One had a cut hand with a towel wrapped around it. At the very minimum they should have taken him right away to get the towel off of his wound and put something on it while he waits. The other one had a broken collarbone. They should’ve took presidents. However, when I was seen, the nurses were awesome.

I have been to worse..... I was in and out of there in seven hours and I have been to maybe one or two Better..... so. These guys are really nice They're fast, they'd be faster if they were not standing around giggling all the time but laughter is good for healing. and if they weren't happy doing what they were doing, I would be very Stressed!! So it's good to hear the staff giggling... But then they didn't Laugh at any of my jokes! well it's because you were too sick and didn't tell any so shut up......They did me right! they saved my life again so kudos and thank you. especially you, Stella💜💜💋 I mentioned the Giggling because it is contagious sometimes but every time I Laughed that day ....hurt more😳 But there's good positive energy with the staff!! that's a good thing✌🏼

On vacation, and had an emergency. Unbeknownst to me I was passing a gallstone. Ridgecrest hospital emergency room was outstanding. Everyone was kind, sympathetic, and helped solve the problem quickly. Everyone involved from the ER medical staff, the ER
Doctors, the Ultrasound tech, CAT scan technician, x-ray tech, and everyone involved, thank you! To the nurses great job. Small hospital, big heart! Nice work. Better than the big hospitals in the Antelope Valley, even Santa Clarita. PS. They sang Christmas carols, and they certainly made me feel better, and not focus on the pain so much, and they smiled a lot too! Laura

Dr Dalal is a wonderful ER doctor! We’ve seen him before with an elderly relative and he always does his best to get us quickly in and out to not expose them to other illnesses. He is very communicative and helpful. The rest of the staff was also very nice and attentive.
