Some yall trippin yes lines are very long but they ain't just standing around doing nothing. If people are very ill they get jumped to the front, completly understandable. The thing that makes it annoying is that people take up room cuz they have flu symptoms.I been here for three different occasions and have nothing but positive things to say about the staff. The one only thing was that the older Asian lady with the blond hair at the pharmacy is rude as heeeell.

This my second time here. The first time wasn’t that bad. I actually had my own room. Today I’m 4 months pregnant with the worst cramps! I’m in so much pain!! They did blood work and an ultrasound. I assumed there going to put me in my own room. Nope they put me in the waiting room like really? I never had a hospital do all that then put me in the waiting room and I’m in so much damn pain. What’s the point of doing all that and throw me in the waiting room! I’m so pissed rn and in pain!!

I gave birth here last year in September and it was everything I could have wished for. My labor and delivery team was amazing. Perkash and Dr. Kim helped delivered my son and I couldn't have done it without them, they were kind and knowledgeable. Also, I wanted a doula during my pregnancy and they referred me to jurupa valley doulas. Jessica and her husband were great, they were always there to answer any question or concern I had.

Came in for complications from kidney stones. Had a CT done wherein they saw multiple stones in each kidney. They gave me Toradol (basically high strength ibuprofen), an anti emetic, and sent me home with an ibuprofen prescription. I was not given a plan for passing the stones and nothing to actually help with the associated pain. The only reason they get 2 stars instead of one is because the doctor I spoke to was very kind and empathetic, but I only received temporary relief and further complications arose soon after, requiring an emergency medical procedure which I had performed in a different location. Go here as a last resort, then find somewhere that will actually take care of you.

Heed my warning and DO NOT GO HERE!! Years ago, Had me in waiting room for over 12hr turning septic from colitis of the intestines. I walked out from poor treatment. Had test done there that described my gallbladder. I dont even have 1. Years later took little Daughter for broken arm, they said it wasn't, she was in horrible pain still week later, went to another ER. It was in fact broken. Now years later (dispite my wishes.) Primamery doc rushed Mom to this ER: super sick, low oxygen level and high heart rate, suspected possible blood clot in lungs. She's been there 15 hrs in waiting room. Asked for water multiple times. Got none. Took 5 hrs just to get cat scan done to check for blood clot. Hrs in: Doc came out and told her in waiting room, in front of everyone test results and said she probably had covid. She's been sitting there hrs with other patients upset being around her. I called to complain about lack of treatment and lady was horrendously sarcastic and rude. Now at 15 hrs they say results for covid came back negative and she has Pneumonia. Finally checked her vitals after hours of no care and heart rate is so bad NOW they want to admit her at almost 5am (I dropped her off at 12:30am the day before)

This hospital has a 1.9 for a reason. They treat their patients horrible. My fiancé was taken to the hospital by ambulance in complete pain they told him he had kidney stones and would have to be admitted. He went in at 6pm by 3pm the NEXT day he was still in ER on a really bad mattress that hurt his back then at that time decided to roll him into the lobby along with others lined up in the hall. He is disabled from a motorcycle accident and in server pain. They told him it could be another 4 hour to a day before he would get a room. I understand hospitals are limited to space but to roll patients into a hall and pretty much leave them there in the worst pain is really inhumane. Along with nurse's with the worst attitudes. I think that's what makes it worse of all no empathy for those who need it most. He had to leave in pain because he could not wait in the hallway another day to be admitted.

We waited 2 1/2 hours and they didn’t do anything! Even forgot to give my son his wrist brace! Had to go back and wait again to get it! Didn’t offer any suggestions on what to do for swelling and pain! Acted like we were nothing! First time here. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!! Couldn’t do a CT scan to see what’s going on in his hand that keeps swelling and having lots of pain!!! 😡😡😡😡😡

If it had 0 stars I would give it that's the worst hospital I've been to. I spent 10 hours with my child and they didn't give him a single pain pill. The people who give the medicine were just talking and they had so many people and they were just talking. and complaining about people, it's a terrible place to go, you can last 24 hours and you won't get out of that stupid place.
