The check-in process was easy, and I was called back before completing my paperwork. Every medical professional I met was very nice and attentive. The staff was wonderful, knowledgeable, and had great bedside manners. I will definitely return if needed and highly recommend this ER Hospital over any other!

I visited Royse City Emergency Hospital because I was not feeling well. Since I work for the school district, this was the obvious place to go. They offer an amazing Heroes program for school district employees and first responders. I only paid $50 out-of-pocket, and that’s all I will have to pay. (they do file on your insurance)
The environment was very clean and welcoming. The check-in process was seamless.
I was taken straight back by a nurse before I could even get my paperwork done.
She immediately took vitals, asked questions about how I was feeling and did a few tests.
Before too long i saw the Dr. for the diagnosis and I was in and out in less than an hour. Everyone was very friendly.
I think the Dr. was one of the nicest doctors I’ve ever had in this type of setting. He explained the options for the medications i would need and gave me a choice on how aggressive I wanted to be.
Before I even left, I received a text saying that my prescriptions were already at the pharmacy. I would 100% recommend them for any type of illness or emergency, especially if you are a school district employee or first responder. (PS- you do still have to have a commercial insurance plan)

The worst doctor I've ever had. No bed side manners whatsoever. The nurses were nice that's the only thing good I can say. As far as the hospitals "packages" if you can call it that. Why would I pay them $400 to write a prescription that I need that is only at most a week supply. I'm sorry but that doesn't sit right with me.

Royse City ER was fantastic! We were in & out in under 2hrs. They took great care of my son and made him feel at ease. The nurse that took his X-rays was great and had a great attitude! Dr. Lee was especially great! He ensured my son that his hand would be taken care of and to err on the side of caution, put on a temporary cast and made sure my son was comfortable with it. The ER was clean and well lit and the reception staff was great! If we need to go to an ER again, we will definitely go there.

Everyone was so wonderful here and very quick but also took the time to explain everything to us. We had absolutely no wait. The staff kept us well informed. The physician has great bedside manner. Paul was our nurse he was fantastic and caring and always had a smile on his face. Sharon at the front desk was so sweet and welcoming. I highly recommend this facility to anyone!

Very friendly and professional staff from the time I walked in. My nurse and Doctor both were awesome and I never once felt neglected. If you want to get great care in an emergency situation then definitely do not hesitate to come here! They’ll take care of you or your loved ones.

The staff were extremely courteous and extremely fast. Nurse and doctor were both helpful and friendly. They took the time to make sure we understood the diagnosis as well as the discharge orders. As a bonus, I found out we qualified for the hometown hero program.
