This hospital experience has been nothing but Hell. The lobby was half packed and our family member was dealing with a stroke. We got here at 5am and by 6pm we were still waiting in the lobby. We had to advocate to the desk people and doctors to take her care seriously. This is the most unorganized facility that I have ever been to. From grown men putting their hands in their pants in front of kids right in front of the front desk and multiple people having to report it before security was called was inexcusable. Some of the nurses and doctors are nice people. Whoever is running this place has completely failed the good people who come to do their work and help people. They sent her for scans and left her in the hallway for over 4 hours instead of bringing her back. After being here twelve hours and begging for help we were moved to the hallway and they expected her to stay there. Due to some of the good nurses we were able to find a room an hour later which was better than nothing. It's been over 24 hours and I would not wish this facility on my worst enemy. If you care about your love ones please avoid this place at all cost. Especially before you get admitted because it's almost impossible to get discharged without waiting hours and having a lengthy bill depending on your insurance rules. The rooms are so bad they don't even offer half of the basic needs inside of your room.

Worst Hospital ER ever putting patients in hallways to treat no privacy screens. Nurses rude talk s unprofessional about patients. Horrible never in my life have ever experienced this type of medical care. There 24 hours and I'll say sat in hallways getting seen for about 16 of those hours. I wouldn't advice anyone to go to that hospital. Forgot to add Dr. mixing up patients information just awful experience as a whole. If I could a negative 5 I would.

It is too bad when you have to contact a supervisor to get assistance when serious pain and cancer is involved. That is exactly what happened. I was once a patient years ago in this hospital. My care was pretty good then. Maybe things have changed since that time. But my friend got what he needed when a doctor dropped the ball and left him hanging. So kudos to the supervisor. She was great.

WOMEN BEWARE:
Absolutely terrible staff. I went in for psychiatric issues when I was younger and they forced me to live as a man on the side of the facility with men and they labeled me "male." They won't treat women as women if they decide they don't want to, they will put you at risk and they will work to deny your humanity if you dare to not be perfectly what their staff expects a "woman" to be, any perceived masculinity will put you in danger.

Edit, pics from my most recent visit shows security guard sitting in van not caring about all the cars parked illegally.

Edit 4-19-23 to add nothing has changed

I'm sure they have great great Dr's & nurses, but their security doesn't care where you park been here many times and this was a good day. But no one cares because they're just making it hard on the dumb truck drivers that delivers the supplies they neededto save lives.

I went to the emergency room on a Saturday afternoon. All of the staff were professional and personable. My situation was not an emergency but was given the same amount of attention as if it was.
I saw NP Kirkland, believe was her name.
Thorough and listened and discussed everything completely. My total visit went smoothly and was there a reasonable amount of time.

Terrible. This ER should not be in the top of the list. Incompetence all over the place. Dirty, unprofessional. Started ok, but felt rushed and thrown around without clear understanding of what was happening. I had an IV connector in my arm and had no idea why. After blood work and chest xray, waited 1.5 hrs before I was told my results. Then waited another hour to I be discharged, but it was me that had to tell them I needed to be discharged. I was also told I would receive my test results. I received a bunch of papers on follow up. No test results. Now I’m calling constantly to receive them and haven’t gotten anyone on the phone. Thanks so much. Pointless medical team. I should’ve just gone to a minute clinic.

I had a stroke 9-14-24. I went to St Francis and was put in ICU. After four days I had a heart attack and died. They resuscitated me, and after 2 months I am home watching TV with my daughter!
