No communication, no one even bothered to ask what i was feeling.. and because of that i was misdiagnosed. They thought i just had a bruise and gave me pain meds, but it ended up being a numb lump that never went away. Had no pain so i never even needed the meds at all. Hate it here.

ER nurse made threatening comments when I said I felt my patients rights were being violated. I was in fear for my safety. Retaliated when I said, I didn’t want to deal with her any longer.

In the past two days I have been to two ER’s and an urgent care. I was prescribed a medication to treat mastitis that I had no idea I was allergic to (no fault to urgent care at all they also rock because they actually treated me unlike the ER in Abilene). My throat started to swell up and I was having trouble swallowing and talking. They pulled me right back and started treatment. Three nurses and the doc on me all in seconds after intake. For everyone bashing this hospitals ER. You have to remember this is an EMERGENCY room. Take your boo boos and fevers to the urgent care and if you don’t under stand that you’re not their priority if it’s not and EMERGENCY.

Very rude staff at check in one of them yelled at my mom. Been waiting over 2 hours and they aren't even that busy. Second time in Emergency with very poor care. My sister is in really bad shape has cancer needs to lay down.Went and asked again very politely and one of them got all snooty with me and said we only have so many beds so she has to wait.The one that yelled at my mom's name is Lori if she was telling truth about her name.

Trash. Staff is rude, unprofessional and less then helpful. I was horrified buy a 2 minute phone call, I can't imagine the bedside manners. I understand Covid has put pressure on nurses and doctors, but we all are trying our best and attitude matters just as much.

Very long wait, staff is very slow and move sluggishly. While my child who is in a lot of pain waits 3+ hours… if I could give 0 stars, I would.

If I could give a lower number of stars, I would. Been sitting in ER room for 24 hours now and getting no results and nothing but a run around. You keep a doctor waiting and OMG but it's ok for them to make you wait with no action. Absolutely ridiculous

Very unprofessional . Couldn't get much help my niece was injured on the highway and supposably and took hear.. They kept acting like they didn't know I was talking about and something was wrong with me worst experience ever at a the ER. Those kids for nurses they have there Need new jobs
