I brought my son to the ER today and waited to be seen which is normal, the nurses that took my son’s chest Xray were actually very polite and helpful to make my son feel safe. The complaint I had was when we actually got seen we got taken to the back, not even an exam room, the Dr. took my son in the hall way where other patients were waiting and did the exam in the hallway which took less than 3 minutes to then say he was fine. Lastly we had to wait another 30 minutes for discharge papers.Very unprofessional and I feel our health care providers need to do better, especially dealing with people that are coming in for care.

This review is for Bailey in the ER. She has great overall bedside manner. I had flare ups during my visit and she was keeping a watchful eye on me all while keeping her section moving flawlessly. Thank you for the professionalism and care

Er was extremely busy on 02/26/25 but after seeing the triage nurse and Dr.They took myself and everyone else waiting for labs and scans so, we would be ready one a bed was available. They were very efficient getting everyone in and out as fast as possible. Total time was 3 1/2 hrs

Nurse Gianina took great care of our son in the ER! The wait was also shockingly short as they must have taken our concern seriously. Luckily, the worst case scenario was ruled out. Only thing I’m afraid of now is getting the bill, but Dr. Lee and the supporting providers were very good.

The health care people that attend to me and all my needs comfort me and my husband was very nice and warming like they were are own family. Thank you for your help and hospitality with my stay . I will always use that hospital for anything else. My heart and prayers go out to staff and the ones there life was impacted by the fire that just had happened.

I was forced to go to the ER . Upon arrival I was met by a receptionist that was more interested in her potato chips than checking me in. I gave all my insurance info. Eventually I received a call from a collection agency having never receiving a bill. I called the collection agency who said my insurance was never billed. I called the hospitals billing department who had all my insurance info but never billed it. I was told to ignore the collection agency and that they would bill my insurance. I again started getting annoying phone calls from the collection agency. I again called the billing department who said that my account does NOT have my insurance info. When I asked to speak with the supervisor "Monique" I was told she was unavailable. Avoid this place. Nothing but heart ache. I have spent hours trying to get this solved.

We were there for 3 hours. Your waiting room is way too small and very dirty. I got sick just because of the close quarters of being near sick people. There was no communication and there were very sickly/homeless people waiting in the area. The bathroom was dirty and didn’t lock. My daughter was changing her shirt after the chest xray and a homeless man walked in on her; she’s a minor. This is unacceptable because you’re not keeping people safe while they are in your care. The wait is understandable because you were busy, but we just needed a prescription for the flu and by the time we got out of there the pharmacy closed which meant that we waited 3 hours for a diagnosis that we could not even get treatment for. Overall, a terrible experience.

I arrived by ambulance to the ED, I was attended to quickly and professionally. The entire staff was very friendly and eager to care for me. Tests were done quickly and results came promptly. My experience was a five star!
