Quiero reportar a este disque hospital con todos las personas que puedan leer esto, lleve a mi bb de a penas 1 mes de nacida y me hicieron esperar 3 horas solo para tomarle temperatura y pesarla la llevé por que le costaba respirar y aún viendo que estaba muy mal la niña que casi se me ahoga no la quisieron atender. Pero igual pondré una demanda no se me hace justo que traten así a los niños . No pierdan el tiempo en ir ahí, sus vidas valen mucho no la pierdan en ese lugar. La mala atención desde la mujer que está enfrente en ventanilla , los de seguridad que lo vean como estiércol a las personas y hasta los doctores que no pueden hacer bien el trabajo xq se la pasan platicando.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Whoever was the ER doctor did not take my mom seriously and discharged her and belittled the fact she couldn’t eat and had a fever. She died a week later. They didn’t care for her well being at all. Just gave her more antibiotics despite already being on them. She was having an auto immune reaction that if caught early would have given her a fighting chance. Thanks for giving me trauma and a dead mother. My mom believed in doctors and you failed her.

Update: I have pretty bad asthma. On the highest dose of a steroid inhaler that you can be. I was apparently having asthma attacks both days. No mental issues. I also have IST and/or POTS. I was given a brain CT by my PCP months later, and it turns out I have brain shrinkage that is very unusual for my age and swollen lymph nodes that need to be followed up on.
The way they handled me was horridly inappropriate.
I overheard them saying I was faking everything. They made jokes about how they “should’ve asked what pose I wanted” and then giggling with each other after I requested a CT since everything else had already been tested and nothing was found to explain my arrhythmia/ lightheadedness. They said it was mental issues.

I’ve been to the hospital a lot. Been on many medications for both mental and physical reasons. I’m doing mentally better than ever, yet I also overheard them say “She’s probably bipolar, she reminds me of [x]” while being on the phone with somebody while explaining that yesterday she gave me a drip and my symptoms weren’t improving much.

I get that the ER is stressful and the employees have to cool off somehow, but maybe don’t make fun of your patients when you put them in the room directly in front of your desk. I was actually so comfortable with them yesterday and at first, but now I’m disgusted.

Worse er ever I went to this er today for an abdominal pain I waited there in the lobby for 3 hours and they didn’t call me in there were people who came after me they all went inside but I was still waiting even the security guard noticed me that I’m the one who’s been waiting for hours but she couldn’t do much eventually I left the hospital without being seen go to Palm Springs or Loma Linda

I went to this ER due to having chest pains. The visit started out fine an they started running test and drawing blood right away. Unfortunately, after being there for 6 hours and only getting to see the DR once, I asked the nurse if they had forgotten about me and the nurse advised the lab all came back but they were waiting ont he dr to come in and talk to me. After waiting another hour, I decided to leave since no one was coming to give me an updated. 45 minutes after I left, the Nurse called to inquire about my absence and I advised her I left. Her only concern was the IV and I advised her I took it out myself. Her next statemed shocked me more than the lack of care I received. The nurse advised if I didn't come back so they could verify I took out the IV that she would have to call the police.

My recomendation is that you care for your patients while they are there instead of threatining to call the police for a Non- Crime.

I was admitted 3 days ago and discharged last night. I had a great experience despite my diagnosis being very serious. The doctors and nurses checked on me frequently. Special thanks to all the doctors, the nurses Maui and Jeff and the friendly CNAs. The food options were excellent too! The only concern was my hospital bed got uncomfortable after the first night. Other than that great overall experience.

This place is Suckiie... Called the
Ambulance to take my Husband to the hospital they wouldn't let me ride in the ambulance. So I followed in the car. When I got to the hospital they made me wait 45 minutes before I could go back there. This was like 2:15 am they discharged him that afternoon at 4:00 pm. They did not give him any food the whole time, nor any water. Mind you he's a Senior if that. It took forever for the Doctor to come talk to me. And every time I went to the Nurses station they were on their phones didn't even look up right way. I wouldn't take ANYONE to this Hospital.. go to Loma Linda I heard they got the best Doctors...

I have never been to such a clean, efficient, hospital. I was admitted fast, the nurses were great, the doctor was great, and they helped me get in and out of there pain free and on the mend. Thank you to all the staff that looked after me you guys are awesome!
