My experience was amazing. I had 2 doctors and 2 nurses and everyone was so nice and understanding and didn't mind helping me when I could not walk and pushed me in a wheelchair when I arrived. Lastly Ron I believe was the nurse excellent customer service in helping people in the emergency room!!!!

My wife was extremely dehydrated, and we visited the Sharp Memorial Hospital Emergency Room. The care and treatment we received were exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff members were professional, attentive, and kind. The doctors and nurses quickly assessed her condition and ensured she was comfortable throughout the entire process. The facility was clean and well-organized, and it was clear that the team worked efficiently to provide the best care possible. We are truly grateful for the excellent service and support provided during a stressful time. Thank you to the entire ER team for their dedication and compassion!

The best ER I've ever been to. The staff is extremely compassionate and caring. From the security guards to the doctors, everyone you encounter is here to help you. I have never felt more supported or heard in a medical setting. The security guards and nurses especially went above and beyond in helping me bring my husband in for care during a mental health crisis. I will never forget how they went out of their way to ensure mine and his safety. This is a safe space 100%

My experience at the hospital was very pleasant, very good service, very professional attention. I went because I cut part of a finger on my hand and it was bothering me a lot, I was in a lot of pain. They attended me quickly and examined me as quickly as possible. Sharp hospital staff are truly awesome. They do their best to get you checked in as quickly as possible and in a room as soon as it's humanly possible. They even have a secondary setup to put you in the hallway so that it you can be assessed. If you don't need a bed and just need a doctor before going home. They really do an awesome job.

You all were great. I loved my nurses Allie and Bailey, and lunch coverage nurse and attendant Mike. Dr Nguyen was a crack up as he sewed me up. I hope to see some of you out at Saddles in Service. Google it, we're here for you too !

All around, it was a very frustrating ER experience. The nurses were great, and I was seen to quite quickly. But those were the only positives.

I went in for a rolled ankle, I was told it was a sprain. I’m still not quite sure that that’s the correct diagnosis, But I digress. My care instructions were some of the most vague instructions I’ve ever recorded. My doctor spent more time talking about his previous sprain, and how it was “way worse than this one”, than he did giving me any actual information.

On top of that, when it came time to give my insurance info, I was with some surprising information. Prior to coming to the ER, I had done my research to make sure that this hospital was in network with my insurance. When it came time to give my information, I found out that, while the hospital was in network, all of the ER doctors were independent contractors. I asked if that meant they were out of network, and no one could give me a solid answer. I was told that I’ll be billed separately for the doctor, on top of the hospital. They asked me to sign a waiver, stating I understood this information, which I didn’t, so I asked what would happen if I didn’t sign the waiver, and I didn’t receive any information on that either.

It was a solid waste of time. And now I anticipate receiving several bills. All to be told that I should stay off my foot until I feel better. Which I felt was common sense in the first place. I never knew I could regret going to the hospital before… I suppose there’s a first time for anything. The nurses were great though! The only saving grace.

5 stars for the staff and nurses, they were kind and caring! The ER “doctor” was unprofessional and honestly shouldn’t treat humans. He didn’t listen to anything I was saying and wrote me off with the flu. I ended up at a different hospital with pneumonia. This is the first negative review I’ve ever posted, so please update your emergency “doctors”. Thank you to all of the staff that were there to help, you’re amazing and deserve a raise!
