Amazing experience from start to finish. The team did such a fab job on my suede Veja trainers…they are pretty much like new! The service was efficient, and the team were communicative throughout. They made sure to have the trainers ready before I was due to catch my train home, and were accommodating and prepared to work with the customer. Thank you so much to the team for getting my trainers clean again, I was very impressed with the service offered and would recommend to anyone!

These guys are great. Had a favourite pair of vintage Yoji Yammamoto Y3 SPRINT in blue suede, been waiting a decade for a re release. But wasn't going to happen. So took them in , and Craig (manager) explained what they could do. Re leathered the inside, stained the suede, enamel touched up the damage. Great stuff. Some rare pieces IN STORE also. Top of their game.

If you are looking for a very precise job don’t go here, they varnished my Valentino heels and left the dust sticked on, which can’t be removed obviously and not a perfect job on the heel neither… 🙄

Just collected my Y-3 trainers today they did a wonderful job thankyou so much. They were so dirty before I never thought I’d see them this white again. Thanks to the Manchester selfridges guy with glasses I forgot his name

My trainers went in such a bad state that I had even considered binning them but they were returned to be looking out of the box new. Everyone is incredibly friendly. They also have a very nice coffee shop. Can not recommend their services enough.

🛑🛑🛑🛑✋️✋️Went for a shoe repair for my balenciaga shoes was told this place is professional shoe repairs . Went inside and was greated what seemed to be a nice guy and sounded like he knew what he was talking about the guy told me how much it would be to repair The tear in my balenciaga saying it was only £30 and will take a week but bribesnme and says maybe 4 or 5 days and i was like great thanks. I call the shop 5 days later and the guy on the phone says to come on the date on the slip that we gave you . Ok no big problem i go on the day that the slip said and they say to me wee are busy and didn't have the time to gix your shoes 🙃 i was like ok I'll wait . As long they will do something professional . 1 week and 4 days later i go to collect and the moment i step in the lies and Excuses Again, the guy says to me. The material is very hard to fix and we done our best the results were Horrendous the sawing material he used was pound land quality for shoes that coset 750 pounds brand new
Not only was the material horrible so was the stiching something a now professional could easyly do. An absolute waste if time and Money if you want your shoes do get downgrade come to this place they really good at lieing and selling rubbish 🗑
