We had to bring our sweet Bella girl here last Monday evening to have her put to sleep. The staff was so friendly and caring. They took her to place the catheter and brought her back to us wrapped up cozy in a blanket and doggy bed. She nearly fell asleep waiting for the Dr. We received her ashes today and I’m so thankful for the quick turnaround to have my girl “back home”.

Fantastic place to receive emergency care for your dog. We live closer to UC Davis pet ER but they were completely full not accepting patients. We came here on a whim hopeful they would help our sweet dog Ladybird. Our dog had an intestinal blockage that we tried to relieve with noninvasive treatment first by recommendation and by our own choice as well- but ultimately ended up with surgery. Surgery happened overnight and I was fully informed of deposits, estimates, outcomes and risks as things would change. I believe I received 5 phone calls from the Vet within 24 hours to update us and 2 calls from other staff with updates. She was there for just around 36 hrs. They saved our dogs life and we will absolutely recommend this clinic and would come here again if needed. Friendly staff, fair pricing on treatments for what was done, and I felt that quality work was done on my dog while being well taken care of. Thank you all at Solano-Napa Pet ER!

Took my dog, Pippy for the first time here and the wait was a little long (4+ hours)but it was a Saturday morning and there were other animals who were in worse condition.

Hilda took care of us with paperwork and she was very sweet and kind. The vet, Dr. White was very transparent with us and honest about what they could and could not do. We thankfully ended up with pain meds and got to take her home.

Thank you to the staff for your hard work, dedication and love to taking care of our animals.

This is a good place to take your animals for an emergency appointment. Very friendly and helpful Staff. My dog had a severe allergic reaction to grass and they took her right in because she was disoriented and her eyes were shut closed. She recovered and is doing better.

Very hardworking and caring staff and doctors. I unfortunately had to bring my cat, Whiskers in but had to put him down due to his suffering. Thank you to the ER Clinic for having compassion and love to both help our cat as well us humans.

If you take anything from this review and if you can help it, TAKE YOUR PET ANYWHERE BUT HERE! THE BAD REVIEWS DO NOT LIE. You will be overcharged entirely for everything and your pet will not get adequate care.

This business is only deserving of one star based off two employees, Rhianna and Katherine, who are kind, helpful and informative.

After reading the reviews and against my better judgement, I regretfully brought my cat here for care, as it is one of the closest options to Vacaville for emergency veterinary care. I ALMOST PUT DOWN MY CAT FOR NO REASON, because of incompetent and negligent Dr.'s here.

I woke up in the middle of the night on New Year’s Eve to my 16 year old chihuahua coughing uncontrollably and gasping for air. I knew it was time and rushed her to this clinic. The staff were compassionate and professional and made my baby girl comfortable in her final moments. I’m beyond thankful they were open at 3:30 AM especially on a holiday.

Such wonderful care from all staff! Doctors are very caring and understanding. It’s an ER so yes more expensive but the level of care is worth it!
Very clean facility and calm environment. They even provide snacks, coffee, soda and water while you wait… highly recommend !
