Just awful!! First of all, the receptionist there were rude they didn’t even bother looking at the paperwork that my doctor sent for them to look at. She kept yelling at me and give me this look asking what I went in for and they just send anyone here. They looked like hood rats that still thought they were gangster (I guess they just hire anybody) my sister and I were there from 7-1am just to find out I have an infection! I truly do believe that this could have been handled in a quicker manner. We were both neglected the whole time we were there while nurse cherry kept attending to the man across from us. Handing him snacks and drinks while we were not offered a single thing I had to ask for 2 glasses of water and was still only handled one! 😂 towards the end cherry came in to give me the antibiotic shot and told us she wanted me to sit still for a few moments to see if I would get a reaction from the shot. I could have been filling out the discharge paperwork. I ended up having to wait 30 more minutes by that time my sister and I were fed up so we walked out to ask her about the paper work but was told to go back to my room while everyone was sitting on their asses. We even heard cherry laugh at us as we walked back. I have never dealt with a situation like this. It was awful. Everyone needs their license revoked
The only person that was helpful was the nurse that did my scan. He asked questions and gave me some advice

Where do i start. I went for flu symptoms, chest pain, and high fever. After initial consultation, they never checked my temperature, my oxygen levels, or EKG. They put me in a closet with a bed. The room didn't even have a trashcan. In the 7 hours i was there, everyone before and after me were put in a room with monitors, TV, etc. When i asked for some water, the nurse walked in the bathroom and gave me sink water, in what appeared to be a sample cup. In 7 hours i saw the doctor for 2 minutes. Dirt on the equipment in my closet room. Most of staff of rude. Not sure how it could be any worse.

I came in this hospital about 3 days ago I see a homeless girl just walk in the hospital without checking in. She takes off her shoes and puts her dirty feet on the chair and covers her head with a dirty brown blanket and starts talking on the phone
and texting up under that blanket she is not a patient she just comes to sleep. I will never go back to this hospital ever again.

I went in at 7am, waited two hours and it wasnt until 9:00am that I saw the doctor barely walking in. Still had to wait an additional 30-40 minutes (No one else was waiting besides me) after that decided I wanted to leave because I had to go back to work, and one of the nurses immediately tried convincing me to stay saying she’d get the doctor to assist me. Now tell me why the doctor literally comes 3 seconds later and does a check up on me while Im standing to leave. Then says Im all good don’t need anything but when I say alright heading to work, mentions then I would need a prescription?!

While this hospital is a small, dated community hospital the staff is awesome. They have little resources to work with but do amazing with what they have. Amanda and Dr. Hernandez in ER took great care of me. I was moved to Med/Surg and had Harvey (I think was his name), Josie, Trish, Cassandra & Randy. In the Operating Room, Bernard and Lida took great care of me. Jonathan was the best anesthetic nurse I have ever had, and I have had LOTS of surgeries. If I am ever in the area and need care again I would not hesitate to return to this hospital.
Yes, there was a 2 hour wait to get in the ER. Every other hospital I called was that long or longer. It's a small, personal hospital.

I have no Idea how people gave this place a bad review The people here are THE NICEST. From the nurses to reception, the doctor to others all I have seen was smiling faces and competent professionals. Thank you to everyone here you have made my tough day way easier and pain-free!

I came in with a swollen foot because I hit it, they have me walking back and fourth back and fourth. Them seeing how I can barely walk they still make me walk in and out then wait. No offering a wheelchair or anything to help. I tell them it hurts to walk on it all they can say is I know I know. Very disappointing yet they are very quick to charge you. 5 hours in the waiting room and then someone comes out and says we don't have anyone to see all of us, it's going to be longer than an hour before being seen or maybe more. I left this hospital is as useless as winter coats during summer. I recommend going somewhere else. I left and I didn't even get my results for my x-rays on my foot. Heading to fountain valley hospital instead. They are way better than this hospital.

So poor service. I was there for high blood pressure and heart beats and after four hours waiting for blood tests, X-rays left with the same problem. Poor NP service. I wondering why they are working as emergency room. My blood pressure was high and they check my blood pressure three times with a broken equipment then bring another one , this time worked but showed high blood pressure then NP did not say anything or give me any medication, just said go home and sleepJust making money with not taking care of problems. Doctor, Register nurse was not feeling any responsibility.
