This is the WORST ER I have ever been to! I walked in at 2:30 and still waiting to be seen at 5:43! Before I walked out, I wanted to leave this review alone on how poor the service is at this location! To be a large new hospital, it’s NOT VERY EFFICIENT! The same people who were sitting here, all in chronic pain have not been seen! Just getting vitals! Do better! They have no regard for anyone in the ER

I've had to go to this ER twice now (unfortunately) but both times everyone was very nice, from the security staff, receptionists, nurses, technicians and doctors. Everyone was overwhelmingly welcoming and kind. Everyone works quickly, the had me in a room waiting to get tests done within 5 minutes. If you have to visit an ER, I'd endure 5-10 extra minutes to come here just to make sure you get proper care from people who really care about you.

I don't think that anyone ever gets excited to go to the ER, but after some health issues brought me here several times in one week, I'm more than happy with this place here. I never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen, and the staff were always professional and compassionate. Dr Meade is fantastic.

I was there overnight recently. The professionalism, care and efficiency was like nothing I've experienced in the past. I am now getting follow up calls to insure I am following the discharge instructions. Awesome. I am truly impressed.

I wish I could leave a good review but I can’t until they work on this, took my five year old to the ER around 11 to 12 am , he came in with fever and lethargic and even vomiting in front of them, they checked his temp and vitals, he had high fever and his pulse looked elevated, we had to wait in the waiting room which is understandable, but to not give him atleast some fever medication or help him in some way even if it was in the waiting room , there wasn’t much importance of care , and we waited I think an hour before I figured out there was a childrens ER and left.
