Doctors and nurses are amazing people. The hospital was really nice. I also had a great interaction with the help desk lady and told her how amazing the staff was and all the nurses. These women and a few men work hard for people there. And the experience wasn’t as long as I thought. The staff was all wearing holiday gear which made me feel welcome. They valet your car there which was really nice. And the view from the waiting area was beautiful.

Great experience here! My little brother was brought in after an e-bike accident and ER trauma Nurses Joe and Stephanie were amazing and so was the ER tech Mark who did his wound care! Everyone here was very caring & really embodied what health care professionals are! I am so thankful for the great care they gave my little brother and how they treated us as his family! They were superstars!

I didn't like the service. That was an emergency room. Car accident January 1. 🚗🛻🚑🚓.......1-1-25. A lot of pain. Just hearing the workers talk about their personal when you're in so much acne pain 😭. You don't want to hear that. Bathroom very dirty. Rooms are dirty. Needs to be clean. I won't ever go there again. I recommend anybody.😔.

Brough my son in we checked in at around 2 pm it’s about to be 8pm and we’re still here everyone who was here at the time and even after we checked in are all gone . My son needed a CT scan he didn’t get called back until 3 hrs later after seeing the provider and I imagine it was only because got up and complained. I don’t understand what can be taking so long, my son came in for a head injury. Picture added for reference

Started on Friday with a visit to the emergency room. diagnosed with diverticulitis. they admitted me into the hospital, stayed until Monday. From the ER to discharge from the hospital, I was treated excellent in a timely manner considering the amount of people that were there. A friendly professional staff and thank God thorough doctors who properly diagnosed me. The nursing staff throughout my 3-day stay we're excellent ! Good to know that I have a Dependable hospital nearby for excellent treatment and emergency care.

The only reason I give them positive 2 stars is because of the wonderful triage nurse that wasnt dismissive of my Dad's symptoms and the 1st doctor who listened and took our concerns seriously.
Other than the nurses were so dismissive of not only my Dad but all the patients there. Several nurses were talking shit about the patients within an ear shot of them. Truly sad.
They really felt like they were just trying to get us out. Had discharge nurse come before we even had his last results. Had to fight to not get him discharged before those results came.
They sent him home with a RX which the nurse said she sent electronically. Come to find out she never did. Been calling and trying to use the app to get the RX actually filled but not one will help.
Not to mention how it took to actually get a bed when we were told my dad was gonna be admitted was 12:10 am by the time he actually got a bed was 7:00 a.m.
They are currently in construction and building a new hospital in only hope that with that comes better nurses and doctors.
We only went here because it was the only ER accepted by my dad Insurance. Definitely will be filling a grievance with his insurance.

I had gastric sleeve surgery on Friday the 13th and all the nurses from recovery up until the floor when I was admitted overnight or great. I want to thank Audrey & Tammy, who were in the recovery room And took great care of me. Once I was admitted overnight and got a room, finally my nurse was, and his assistant was Taylor. They were both great very initiative and make sure I was getting everything I needed.

Went in for a biopsy of a lesion on my spleen. I have to deeply thank the Dr. who performed the biopsy and he was very kind and answered several questions I asked during the procedure. ALL THE NURSES were just fantastic, amazing, and wonderful; I got great care from the whole team! I did realize that Inland Valley Hospital is the only Trauma Center hospital in the area (as far as I know that is) so I felt very comfortable having the biopsy there. .
