I took my daughter into the ER Christmas evening because she fell off her bunk bed and broke her arm. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left the service, care and attention that we received was outstanding. I drive from the East side of Burnsville to come to this Hospital because the service has always been terrific. Dr. Delmonico and her entire team were so kind to us and nurse Jen was with us every step of the way.

I’m shocked to see the low reviews. This is the ER I’ve been going to my entire life and I haven’t experienced any of what is claimed. Towards the end of June I went in and if it weren’t for their fast action and skill, I would be dead, literally. Not only that, their skill kept me from having to be intubated. My BP was 87/42, my heart rate was 158, my respiratory rate was 24 and my temp was 103. I was in septic shock. I remember kind of being a jerk about wanting to go home after they were able to get my heart under control and even then they weren’t rude (sorry to whomever I yelled at!)

In retrospect now I understand when it’s necessary to go to the ED instead of little things that could wait, but not once in the past did they make me feel bad or stupid for going in for the silly things I used to.

The bedside manner has always been compassionate and caring.

This is a joke. I have been going to this urgent care since I have moved in to the area and have never once, ONCE received two different bills. One for a doctor who didn't look at me for long, and the other for the waiting room. Think I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours then the doctors room for nearly an hour before the guy looked at my allergic reaction to a covid shot and said you're good kid. That should not be the insane charge of 500 dollars. Hundred dollars per-minuet of him taking a look at me. My entire body itched and my arm was so swollen, told me to go home and rest. Different doctor somewhere else prescribed me medication for me to get better. If you're in the area and looking for somewhere fast, DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL BE HIT WITH A HEFTY FINE FOR EVEN THINKING OF SHOWING UP TO THE PLACE.

This place is a sham and one specific Dr. J. Mayerle is a quack. My 1-year old daughter had inflammation on her private area and my wife insisted that we take my daughter to this facility despite of my objections (this facility has disappointed me every time I walked in). This Dr. J Mayerle walked in, took one look, and said he was not qualified to make an assessment. He said we should take her to see either a gynecologist or her regular pediatrician the following day. That’s perfectly understandable; I wouldn’t expect ER doctors to be specialist which was why I didn’t want to go there in the first place. What really upset me is I later got a bill from this doctor for $360. We barely spent five minutes with this doctor, it wasn’t even long enough for me to catch his name. I only know his first initial and last name because they’re on the bill. The guy said he was not qualified to make any diagnosis that night, but he sure felt like he’s qualified to collect $360 from me for absolutely nothing. My advise is don’t go there unless your life’s being threatened, and if you do expect to part with your arm and leg when the bill comes.

Terrible customer service. I would avoid working with any of their doctors or affiliates at all costs. I love Allina hospitals but if you are going to be working with this particular group and their doctors I would steer far away due to their poor professionalism and lack of communication with their customers. When I had an issue with the bill I called and spoke with ther supervisor, John Pank , and his unprofessionalism was astounding. I have never been spoken down to in such a manner by anyone in authority in my life. Beyond disappointed with this group and will never return.

I was recently sent to collections by this terrible hospital. They have a major HIPPA violation coming their way courtesy of the collection agency they sent me to. Pathetic business practices. Imagine running on business in 2022 using phone only. Maybe if you contacted me this could have been resolved. But now, you shared medical history and personal information. WOW.

Pretty awesome lack of communication, billing department still uses old billing addresses even when provided with current addresses. Their problem solving skills are comparable with that of a professional group of toddlers dressed in formal suits.
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a terrible time.
