I was in room 40 the Tv didn’t work and the Door didn’t work either. I sat there w a huge headache after a car accident and they didn’t even care to move me to another room. Also, they left my blood pressure cuff on the floor a nurse came in and saw it on the floor and didn’t even pick it up. The only one who were caring were everyone e at the front desk and triage. Once you get to the back it’s a nightmare. I pushed the call light and they turned it off but didn’t come. I worked in the medical field for 20 years and I am so shocked that they didn’t even do their basic duties. I have been to this hospital ER before must be the weekend crew or something.

Most challenging experience I have ever encountered. Arrived with aching leg. History of strokes and blood clot. Endured a three-hour wait. Regrettably had to depart from emergency department without being taken care of😞

The worst bedside manner you can imagine by the triage nurses. I spent two nights and the doctor couldn’t diagnose the problem. I left for TGH and within 8 hours I was having surgery. Later received a bill from a collection company and explain I never received a notice from the hospital. I called the hospital and they explained my chart was erroneously flagged as homeless. I don’t know if this was bad joke but I can’t imagine ever returning there.

3 hrs of wait after the only thing was done was taking my vitals.. I decided to just go home because when you feel like you are fainting and can’t breathe 3 hours on a chair is not fun.. But 1 hour later.. I sure got the bill.. for $200.. for what Taking my blood pressure For occupying a Chair 3 hours of the hospital electricity.. is the hospital bracelet you get at check in designers?
This After going to their Own urgent care and had a 10 min consultation just to tell me that If I wanted to know what I had to just go to the ER.. $50 for that.. Do better.

I arrived today at 1:20 am for the second time to the emergency room with my 11-month-old baby. I had to wait 3 hours. It's 4:30 am and the doctor hasn't called me or seen me. My baby won't stop crying and she has a fever and no one does anything. There are many people who were in pain before me and have not been treated either. I decided to go to another hospital where the well-being of the patients really matters. They say they have a pediatric emergency and all adults with babies are together in the waiting room and they don't handle priority for babies either. I won't go back there. The staff did not mind Tereso that I went to another hospital, they did nothing to care for my baby

I wasn’t listened to. I was ignored. They did absolutely nothing for me. My primary care afterwards told me my medication I was on could cause a stroke with my condition and the nurse and doctor did not warn me of that. It took three attempts to get my IV in and I am left with severe bruising. I wasn’t given water after being there for seven hours and asking for it. I was not at risk of choking. My nurse laughed at me after I told her I was left so restless by the Benadryl they gave me that I couldn’t stop moving my body. They offered no medication, not even Tylenol or Midol for migraines that were making me vomit and cry and altering my vision for ten days straight. They did not give me a referral for a neurologist or eye doctor as they had mentioned they were going to. The documentation said my symptoms were from a head injury when I told them I did not have a head injury. I will never go back here again and all of the staff that saw me should be retrained.

I had serious and troubling issues and had to be rushed to the ER. I was treated with urgency and professionalism. The staff kept me informed and recommended I stay over night for observation and testing. They worked hard to accommodate my situation. I felt very well taken care of, and that my health was in good hands.

Horrible service. I went in at 9pm with my 3 kids because I didn’t have someone to watch them that late and by 12am they still had not called but yet they kept calling in everyone else that came in after me. The triage nurse said she didn’t think I needed to see a dot but I insisted so I guess I wasn’t a priority to them. I will have to go to an urgent care in the morning. If I’m still alive I guess. Aug 18 update after your triage nurse said I was good and they never saw me I ended up going to the urgent care yesterday Aug 17 and now I have a bad infection and I have a hole on my body they could have been prevented if I had been on Tuesday at your hospital. Horrible service by your staff
