Tonight was there with my daughter. After 3 hours of waiting we just leave this place going out and saying nothing. Looks like money is more important than people. More hours in er room , more money insurance will pay to the hospital. My daughter needed help and after 3 hours never get it. After 3 hours of waiting not even one doctor seen her . It is money making machine in 90% helping people only in 10% . Terrible times. Shame on them. Terrible!

Just go to another Emergency room PLEASE
it’s genuinely not worth the lack of care for patients and lack of attentiveness. Definitely not worth the frustration. They want you out of there as quick as possible, and NOT in the good way. The nurse team cuts corners which risks the longevity of their patients.

DO NOT COME HERE! I I wish I would’ve saw the other reviews before I did. I sat in the waiting room for almost 3 hours & watched multiple people come in after me & get seen by a doctor before me. I’ve been to an emergency room over 20 times in my life & this was the slowest place I’ve ever been to

We have been here at St. Mary’s since 3:00am. My daughter had been vomiting from 8:00pm to 2:00am and couldn’t keep anything down and thought it best to head to the emergency roomWe waited in the empty waiting room for about 45minutes until we were finally taken back to the rooms. It was quiet in the back. Once in our ā€œroomā€ my daughter stepped out to use the bathroom. This was our first interaction with, who we later discovered was, our nurse. She did not came in to introduce herself or even to inquire why we were there. She did check my daughter’s vitals and at around 4:30 am drew some blood. Again, no one came in to talk about her symptoms. When we had no interaction with any staff for another 45 minutes, I finally went out to the desk to inquire what was going on. Several people sat at computers. I’m assuming they were nurses, ours was not there. I asked a person when we could expect to talk with someone and was told we wouldn’t be able to see a doctor until 6:00 when the next shift started. The doctor who was there wouldn’t be coming in and hadn’t popped in the 2 1/2 hours we were there DURING his or her shift. After I went out to inquire about what was going on a person came in to register my daughter and collect the emergency room fee. At this point we wondered why we were even there. The crisis had passed with no help or care from the hospital staff. At 6:00 a doctor finally stopped in for a 5 minute consult and ordered an IV. Was it even needed at this point?!? Here it is 4 hours since our arrival and we are waiting for the slow drip of the IV to signal our freedom from this fiasco. Unprofessional staff and a night shift staff who stops working when there is only three hours left in the shift.

I went to St. Mary’s ER at 1am because Jefferson Aria was packed. I’m so glad I went bc I was so sick but everyone was nice. I only waited a few minutes in the lobby until I was taken back. My dr came in promptly and she had a great bedside manner . Her name was Dr. Thakore. She took the time to listen to my concerns. She ordered me medication that helped my symptoms-Thank God! My nurse came in shortly and her name was Regina and boy was she outstandingly wonderful! She took good care of me. I loved her warm, friendly, motherly personality. It was what I needed bc I felt terribly ill. Sometimes as a patient you can run into nurses who don’t care and are inexperienced but she was clearly not. She was very professional bc she bought me the things I needed without me asking for them (ex. A vomiting pan, etc.- I guess it was in the dr.s notes). I’m very happy with my experience at St. Mary!!!! Thank you to DR. T and Regina for all the help they gave me - I’m so very appreciative. This ER should have better reviews.

Really scary experience tonight. Took my father in for convulsions and possible seizures, and sat for over an hour to be seen. Meanwhile, a child with a very small bruise on her forehead and an insecure parent was seen almost immediately coming in after us. When the tremors got so bad I had to ask the front desk multiple times for assistance, the woman in charge of the waiting room floor just kept telling me ā€œits not seizures, its a reaction to the Ariceptā€ (both seizures and convulsions are possible aricept side effects, and he clearly needed immediate medical attention). It seemed like priorities were not given according to who needed medical attention first, but rather just to get the child in since she was disturbing the floor with her crying and the parent was having anxiety about a small bruise.

I had to visit the emergency room twice - first at a different hospital and then at St. Mary's. I want to express my gratitude to the incredible staff, from the triage team to the registration staff. I was particularly impressed by the young lady who took my insurance information in the room.

What stood out the most was the privacy of the room at St. Mary's. I appreciated that the person next to me couldn't overhear my information. Then, a remarkable team entered the room led by the phenomenal Dr. T. Barron and nurse Cassie. They worked together seamlessly. Cassie was not only beautiful inside and out but also incredibly kind. Dr. Barron took the time to explain every detail of my condition, ensuring I understood everything before leaving. I felt safe, warm, and grateful in their care.

The experience at St. Mary's was a joy, from the cleanliness to the professionalism of everyone I encountered. I was so comfortable I said to myself I wonder if they have an espresso machine, that's how awesome it was there.

I am deeply touched by the care I received from Dr. T. Barron and Cassie. Their compassion and the connections we made meant a lot to me. I sincerely thank the entire team at St. Mary's and wish them all the best. May peace, light, and prosperity be with you all. Namaste.
