I have had the unfortunate event of visiting this ER on three different occasions this year. The third time was a re-visit from a different ER that didn't perform tests, X-rays, etc. The staff was good with parents and children during the most recent visits.

Horrible employees. Dying in the waiting room with an infection after the doctor here butchered my surgery, vomit everywhere, writhing in pain. Had to call the police because they were refusing to provide medical attention. After hearing I called the police they brought me back to a room and proceeded to be very rude and still refused to help me. 5 minutes later 4 officers and two nurses were threatening to kick me out of the hospital for "my attitude" even though 83% of adults are unable to form coherent sentences let alone remain polite when in pain, to a bunch of morons. These individuals are uneducated, disrespectful, and according to the police supervisor, they own the Canon city police. Do not give these people money, they will not help you, regardless of how much pain you are in, take the time to go to Pueblo or the springs, the time you'll waste waiting for the idiots in canon to grow a brain is time you can spend in a car on the way to a better hospital.

Took my wife 5 times to the ER. She explained what was going on. They did hardly anything until the 5 time when she got transferred elsewhere. She had 2 surgeries for something that could have been treated. Still have no real options on where else to go in an emergency, but they failed her.

Maybe if enough of us came together with a suit we could shut this place down. Heart failure? Panic attack. Blood clot? Panic attack. Covid with tachycardia? Panic attack. People are dying, primary doctors are telling patients not to step foot in the Emergency room unless we know we absolutely cannot make it to Parkview. Why do these problems just get oofed off? why did I just read a review of a man losing his mother due to medical negligence here and the hospital is still not seeing the problem These doctors need replaced!

Took my son in for abdominal pain. Was told he was constipated, when in fact their CT scan showed a bowel obstruction. Had to go to another hospital to get correct diagnosis. But according to their ED director, he was diagnosed correctly. Giving one star because there is no option for zero.
