I recently visited this place and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. When I arrived, I was the only patient there, which should have made things feel a little more personal and efficient, but that wasn’t the case. The younger receptionist at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming, which was nice and set a good tone for my visit. However, things quickly took a turn when I interacted with the older Mexican lady who was also working the front desk.

She came across as extremely rude and dismissive. It felt like she was annoyed that she even had to be there, almost like I was bothering her just by asking questions. I tried to make small talk, hoping to at least engage in some kind of friendly exchange, but she didn’t even look up from her work. She didn’t respond to me or show any interest in even acknowledging my presence beyond what was absolutely necessary.

To make matters worse, it was a holiday, and I was having some trouble with my insurance. Instead of trying to assist or help me work through the issue, she just seemed uninterested and made no attempt to assist me. All she cared about was making sure I paid the money, and that was about it. The lack of customer service and empathy was really off-putting, especially given that I was the only one there and the situation should have been straightforward. Honestly, I left feeling more frustrated than when I arrived, and I’m not sure I’ll be coming back.

Hands down, the best ER experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I checked in to the moment we walked out, everything was exceptional. This facility deserves five stars for every interaction.

The wait time was incredibly minimal—shorter than any Chick-fil-A drive-through! The facility itself was excellent, and the staff were amazing. I’m not hoping for another ER visit, but if I ever need one, this is the place I’ll go without question.

To top it off, the doctor who performed the stitches called three days later to check in and ask how we were doing. Name another ER doctor who would go that extra mile!

I had to make a quick trip to the ER, and didn't want to habe to wait in a huge waiting room FOREVER, and my PCP recommended Star ER.

I was NOT disappointed. I got right in. Everyone was very attentive to my needs. Nice staff. Quick, accurate sticks for the IV.

If I ever have to go to an RR again, I'll come here.

I came in the other night and most of the staff was amazing and helpful! Unfortunately there was 1 nurse who was not like the rest of them. He was condescending the whole time and somehow put my IV in wrong! He had completely dismissed me when I told him I was afraid of needles and when he was pulling the tubing for the IV out and I had exclaimed that it was hurting me he acted as if I was a burden. Every time he walked in he would leave me crying. He never gave me his name but it was completely unprofessional and I'm not sure where he learned his bedside manner from. Everyone else was absolutely fantastic! Especially the second nurse that came in to give me some meds after I told him that I was afraid of needles he cracked a joke and got my mind off it. 5 stars to everyone but that one nurse. Please someone check his credentials that was insane.

Friendly, quick to get you back and assessed. We had a male EMT, I think his name was Blaine, that was awesome! He was very compassionate and provided great care. They gave my daughter a stuffed dog when we left. Highly recommend.

We have been going to star ER for years. I was there about 3 days ago with some kind of weird virus and my husband was there tonight(bad response to semaglutide). I hope Kevin still works there. The last few times we have been, he hasn’t been there. He’s literally the best nurse I’ve ever had in my life! Star ER is always consistent and SO fast. We never hesitate to go because typically we are in and out in under 2 hours.

The doctor and the nurse were so friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable there the whole time. The nurse was awesome at putting in the IV. I will definitely go back if I need to in the future.
