Dawn and another woman (who I missed her name) were our nurses tonight, they treated my son with so much kindness and honesty and they LISTENED to our concerns. I was nervous to bring my kids there being new to the area but I know now it was the right choice. Thank you all!!

Worse experience ever!! My 4 year old was vomiting I got there at before 1am and there was only 1 person in the waiting area my son was still vomiting every 5 mins and no one care to check him out , the front desk clerk had a nasty attitude I was there for over 2 hours no one came to check him out and 2 persons that came after me went in to see the doctor before my son . I had leave and go to CHOP…. If you really have an emergency please don’t go there unless you want to die

As ALWAYS I get ALL my radiology tests performed at Suburban community hospital whether mri XRAY CT scan because they do it ALL WITH NOOO WAITING TIME AT ALL!!! I get my appointments 😌 within a few days to one week TOPS while Einstein or Jefferson takes u from WEEKS UP TO MONTHS & I DONT HAVE THAT TIME 🙃 TO WAIT!! STAFF IS AWESOME 👌 👏 👍 😍 Checkin with ur script is a breeze as well 😀

Was ordered a morphine pump yet I was still in extreme pain. They let me scream for six hours before finally a physician came in and asked what the hell was going on because people out in the waiting room were complaining of all the noise and my screaming and the nurses were like she’s just screaming for no reason. She’s on morphine pump she’s just drug seeking and here the freaking morphine pump wasn’t even turned on, what an incompetent dangerous place to go I don’t recommend themto my worst enemy

Horrible experience I just left from there with my son . We came in the emergency room and the front desk lady was talking and laughing with another woman. My son and I sat there and waited patiently for 20 minutes. I then got up and walked over to her and asked her if there was someone working the front desk. Her response was Yes just have a seat and when I finish with this lady I will wait on you. I sat back down and rudely they continue their conversation again with laughter. I grabbed my son and walked out. We are headed to another hospital Abington. But I live in KOP!

My experience at the ER on 12/28/22 was exceptional. We were registered immediately, triaged before registration was even complete and in a room within 10 minutes of arriving. Dr Pulley was in the room diagnosing a broken collar bone and a shoulder injury. Pain meds administered while waiting for X-ray. Within 30 min an X-ray machine and tech arrived in the room so we didn’t have to transport or move to get the scan. ER Nurse Natale was the nicest and most caring and professional we’ve ever had. The entire ER staff was excellent and the care was wonderful. I’ve never given an ER a review before because the experience was never very pleasant. Even with severe pain, this experience was excellent. Thank you!

There are more children’s hospitals and vets in king of Prussia and Norristown than there are general hospitals. I am struggling to breathe. I called the hospital to make sure they accepted adults and before I could say what was wrong with me and that I would be coming in, the woman on the other end hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again. 2 times!!!!! The receptionist should be fired. I’m begging for help and she hangs up on me 2 times!!!! Sue the hell out of that hospital for this!!!!

Absolutely avoid the emergency room here. My wife had severe laceration and was bleeding badly. The front desk person was miserable. There was a poor boy who has vomited at least 10 times in the 2 hours we were waiting ( we eventually left for Einstein ER). Before I left I asked his parent how long they been waiting: 8 hours. There was nobody else waiting aside from us.
