I love the staff. They took good care of me. Amanda at the registration made the checking process so easy. My nurse Veronica was so nice. Gave me all the time. I needed to get back to the room. Alfonso what's my radiology tech he was very gentle with my injured knee. Dr. Wilson was above and beyond her bedside manner was unbelievably kind, very genuine person. I would highly recommend this place to anybody who needed an urgentcare facility.

I am very grateful for the care I received early on the Sunday morning before Christmas at Surepoint Emergency Center in Noth Fort Worth. While on vacation, visiting family, I became quite ill. They were efficient, thorough and so professional. The care from the doctor , nurse and all support staff was exceptional.
As I had to be self- paid, they communicated my options for care, so that I was part of the decision.
The cost ended up being so reasonable for the hour and a half I spent there.
I was able to get on my plane the next day and make it back home. An additional surprise was receiving a phone call from one of the physicians soon after my return, to check on my condition and to make sure I made it home alright.
I finally checked my mail today and found a a merry christmas card signed by the staff. Wow! Talk about going far above and beyond. I am so impressed and grateful. I can't recommend them enough.

The ladies who work here are amazing. They saw me on Christmas Eve when I had impacted earwax blocking my ears. The doctor was able to remove as much as she could without damaging my canal. They were so nice and saw me so quickly I was in and out in 30min. They also sent me a Christmas card wishing me well and asking about my ear. I was able to flush out the rest of the wax the next day and am doing great! Thanks again!

Dr Delaughter and his team was absolutely amazing!!! Made me and my 7 year old daughter feel welcomed. She received care that was compassionate, kind, intentional and made her feel at ease! They don’t make doctors like him anymore… loved his entire team, you can tell everyone worked well together!!

I would like to thank Doctor D.Wilson and staff for taking the time to throughly Check out my love ones and even take the time to walk me through the after care and even encouraged my to call her back if I had more questions when I got home. I had a short wait and excellent service I will definitely recommend this place

This ER is excellent. From the moment you walk in you are treated with respect. From start to finish i was there 1 1/2 hours. They did X-rays and other tests and still got me out of there quickly for an ER. DR Delaughter was so nice and listened to my concerns. I would recommend this place to everyone

I had to be seen here on Christmas Day and got in and out so quickly. I was so impressed with the people and the facility itself. I would highly recommend Sure Point to anyone needing emergency medicine care. They were kind, knowledgeable and gave me sound advice to set my mind at ease. Christopher Litchfield ,MD and all his staff on Dec 21,2024 was very amazing and they gave me 200% !! What awesome place to go to if u need help and super amazing honest people!!! I pray that Jesus Christ will bless you all every day with beautiful blessings from heaven !! The CEO should give all of them a $5.00 raise because they have made me feel better and much safer!!!! Because I could have died that day and I thank God and Jesus Christ for protecting me that day!!! But he also sent me to this very nice caring Is clinic!!!!!!!!!!!Thank u all very much!!!!🤩🥳❤️‍🔥😇
