The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process quick and stress-free. I’ve been here twice now and this place is the best place to go for emergency care. They took care of my ear infection in record time and very thoroughly. I highly recommend and the staff is great, too! They appear to actually like their job and it is a great comfort to feel welcomed.

Doctor was pretty rude, was insinuating my symptoms were in my head, came in and fever was normal, I leave and now it's 100.5. Most unhelpful and very unprofessional, seemed like everyone had an attitude with the exception of one nurse. And we rely on these idiots that earned their credentials in some backwater establishment, am I going to diagnose myself? Apparently I have to even though these people are paid so well.

I have been using this center for couple of years. Always fast and efficient. The staff is always helpful and listens. Most I've spent is three hours but that was because I was being transferred to hospital.. definitely recommend

Dr Christian is awesome. He took great care of my son. He made us feel so comfortable in the emergency room. Great health care staff, great service. Will definitely recommend surepoint.

Great 1st time experience! Had to get stitches from a bite. Olga was very friendly when coming in and very prompt. My nurse, Leah, and Dr Coolidge were very welcoming, informative and can see myself coming back again!

Well it was my first time having a catheter put in… Painful process, but Michelle made the procedure as painless as possible. Very good staff. Paige was very friendly and helpful as well.

I have taken my children there a few times when I can not get in with their pediatrician and they are always amazing. From the receptionist to the doctor, everyone is very helpful and hands on. Definitely will be returning and referring friends and family.
