Came in with shoulder pain. Everyone here is amazing!! Dr Alexander listened and provided great options. Nurse Elia is a great listener, professional and knowledgeable. Harold the rad tech was amazing and quick. Daisy at the front desk was welcoming and quick. Being from out of town… they made everything easy and quick! Thanks guys!!

My husband went in last night for a sinus infection that has been coming and going for two months. He was on rounds of antibiotics and a dose pack and it kept coming back. Since he is traveling today, he decided he needed to get in and see if there was something different than his PCP was prescribing. He saw Dr Alexander at Swiftstar ER and nurse Elia both were extremely nice and thorough in their exam. There was absolutely no wait, the clinic is clean and the front desk receptionist Daisy was kind and got him registered quickly. Dr Alexander is very knowledgeable and she explained that the antibiotic he had been on wasn’t the correct one. Gave him an injection which had him breathing better in a couple of hours and a new prescription for a different antibiotic. He left town this morning already feeling better than he has in weeks. Thank you Elia and Dr Alexander.

I wish I could go here for everything! They were SO nice and extremely fast. I've never had such amazing care from an ER before. Dr. Bakhtiar was so helpful in understanding my condition. Hospitals make me extremely uneasy but Joe and Gibbie made the visit so comfortable. I've always been scared of needles but I didn't even feel the shot. Marion at the front desk so welcoming and helpful. The whole staff really made a bad day much better!

The physician Grate was nice and made sure everything was understood.... The nurse named Gibbie was incredibly nice with an incredible personality and positive energy. The Radiology Technician was fast and positive and made sure we were comfortable while getting our x-rays. Marion at the front desk was very nice, resourceful and made sure our intake was swift and easy.... Overall I have to say my experience was a 10. Thanks guys!!!!

I have visited this freestanding emergency room in the past. They have upgraded their facility and they are truly helpful. They always give the best care. The front desk clerk is very helpful and their intake process is very easy and quick. You don't have to fill out a bunch of paperwork like some emergency rooms. That is very helpful especially when you are not feeling well. The emergency room doctor Shatery is always precise in his diagnosis. The nurse Darby was understanding beyond the scope of her nursing responsibility. She has great bedside manners. Joe the tech and the new technician were very helpful in getting my cat scan completed in a timely manner. Overall it's always a great experience when I come to this emergency room.
I came another night and was treated by Dr. Grate and nurse Darby. They are always excellent.

I had an excellent experience at this ER when I brought in one of my family members. Dr. Alexander was thorough and professional, making sure my grandma felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the visit. Elia, the RN, was incredibly attentive, providing top-notch care with a warm and reassuring demeanor. Marion at the front desk was a standout—he was kind, patient, and very careful in handling the check-in process, making everything smooth and stress-free. I truly felt cared for by the entire team. Highly recommended!

Service was terrible. They forgot I was in the room when it came to discharge. Tech was undertrained and not incredibly professional.

Additionally, I have been receiving calls regarding payment (I have great insurance that covers these visits BCBS). They are asking for additional payment after I have already paid my co-pay. I was seen for the flu.

They said it is due to their staff submitting for payment by insurance 2 separate times. They mentioned it was their mistake…

Each time they send a message informing me of money due. Then request additional insurance information (policy number, etc..) and then say I no longer need to worry about the charge and they will settle this with your insurance provider.

2 weeks later I get the same message and the process restarts. I am concerned this will hit collections due to the negligence of Swift Star..

Overall, experience was sub par and management is terrible. Hopefully this review catches the eye of someone that can actually help. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, ITS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.

Other providers are just as capable and much less of a headache.

I can't thank the ER staff enough for the AMAZING care they gave my family member. Dr. Alexander was thorough and reassuring, making sure we understood everything. Elia, the RN, was kind and attentive, and Marion at the front desk made us feel welcomed and was super helpful throughout the visit. Everyone was so nice and amazing customer service while maintaining professionalism.
