I was brought to the ER in the morning by a friend for severe abdominal pain and some vomiting since the night before.
The care I received, from the security guard, the woman who signed me in, the triage nurse, my nurse, the PCT, and the doctors, was absolutely incredible. Everyone was absolutely incredible at checking in on me, and my friend, consistently, keeping me updated on test results as soon as they came in, and empathizing with me and my ordeal. Dr. Gabby was amazing - she did thorough assessments, was very educational, and advocated for me to get a CT scan that I needed! My nurse Sharon was great too! She was efficient and precise with her work, very easy and fun to talk to, and also checked in with me frequently.
Thank you Taylor ED for helping me when I needed it most!!

I fell on black ice in my driveway yesterday and was in extreme pain. I went by Tinicum ambulance to Taylor and the EMTs were wonderful.I was placed in a room immediately and when reporting my pain at +13 I received an IV and pain medication. Evaluation by a very kind and caring Dr. Leahy. After 9 painful X-rays , which couldn’t be helped, diagnosed with dislocated shoulder. Karen, the charge nurse was professional and very caring. After an attempt to
Manipulating my shoulder in place, Dr. Leahy carefully and completely explained the procedure of me having to be put to sleep to
Manipulate my shoulder in place. All went well, I ate and then had to walk with a wonderful nurse sorry I can’t remember her name. Discharged with complete instructions. Taylor has gotten mixed reviews lately, but as a nurse for 40 years I think I am a good judge of care and mine was excellent. Thanks to Dr. Brendon Leahy, Charge Nurse Karen, the X-ray dept. and the staff working January 17 in the morning.

The perfect ER. I was visiting from out of town and had to choose between 3 ER's. I lucked up. Great nurses, admin, doctors, and even the security was GREAT. If you have to go...go here

I took myself to ER early this morning due to severe groin pain. I sat for approximately 1 hour before getting admitted. From the security agents to the doctor, everyone was very nice and helpful. Big thank you to Dr. Leahy, and nurses Nick, Stephanie, Gabi, and patient tech "T" for taking good care of me today. 🙏🏽

I want just wanted to shout out the night staff 10/10. The Doctor, Nurses and the woman who updated his insurance were great. When I first got to the ER with my son last night I was frustrated. Once we were taken to the back. The staff was fantastic. Very caring and empathetic. We were exhausted and overwhelmed. They gave us a place to recover while we watch over our son. We were offered drinks and a warm blanket. We were there last night until the morning. I just want the staff to know you were all great.

Just don't come here. Waited over 5 hours not to ever be called back to be seen. Vomit everywhere! Every time this patient vomited, his mother just threw paper towels over it. They finally moved to different seats. I assume since the vomit was just piling up. No one ever came to clean up anything. Not the trash everywhere, vomit, or bathrooms. I assume they no longer have housekeeping. I worked at a Taco Bell that was far way cleaner than this filth. Is this supposed to be a healthcare facility? The staff just says, "we can't do anything, everyone is critical." Well, if you can lean, you can clean. Get out there and clean something up. Don't just sit there behind the door like you're drastically needed to take people's temperatures. Gross er waiting room to go along with the gross employees' attitudes.

Place needs major improvement. The nurses and ER are great not impressed with the doctors or the MRI team once you get admitted. Go to Brynn Mawr or Philly. After what I went through with my mother’s stay there I’m shocked they’re still open.

I have to say that I had not a long wait at all. The doctors were really nice and helpful! I finally found out what was wrong with me. The nursing staff Mary and Denise were very nice, warm, and informative. Also the staff who worked in the early afternoon in ultra sound ( 2 young women who were very nice) and the lady who pushed me back to my room. Also later in the day the staff with cat scans. I appreciate you all and I felt the care was there! Also the one male black nurse ( not sure his name) who brought me some water. Thank you so so so so much!!! I will always go here because 99% of the time I get the attention and care I need.
